ACAI BERRY EXCLUSIVE in a very fraudulent way offer for "free" paying only the shiping and handling cost acai berry and colon cleanser products to be sent at my home.
I ordered and after that in my credit card I received the charge of the product for 82.95pounds per pot, those were 2 pots. one Week later they sent again the product automatically charging again the same amont...TOTAL CHARGED IN MY CREDIT CARD 331.80 POUNDS.
I called immediately to complain due the famous sample is a garbage, its not a quality product.
I WANT AND DEMAND the total amount debited to my credit card.
I called immediately and received a cancellation number 43752483 and 43752626 on 18 december 2009, the call center agent told me I would receive and e-mail confirming the refund in the next 3 days, but until now nothing happen and my money is not returned.
I am not the first person involved in such a fraud, please refund as soon as possible, I am totally not agree with such procedure involving people with lies.
