I also ordered the product online. It was a free trial for 30 days only paid shipping. When I received the product there was only a small paper enclosed with a number for customer service. Three days after I received the product my account was charged the $87. I hadn't even opened the bottle yet. This made me mad so I decided not to even try it and called the customer service number. Of course like everyone else I did not get an answer for several days. When I finally got a hold of them a crazy mixed up woman kept telling me yes, I want to help you. She just kept on repeating that never made any sense. I kept telling her I was sending the product back and I wanted a refund. She said they don't do that. I hung up on her she was an absolute idiot. I immediately contacted my bank (which is a credit union) they had me fill out default charge papers which only took a minute or two. That was in January sometime. Today Mar. 2nd, I have received two deposits in my account for the two deductions that were unauthorized . They were both for $87.13 each. I have even been credited the two $.70 over border fee. What the heck was that anyway? I advise any of you to go to your bank and have them handle it for you. I am sure all banks are bonded and they will get your money back. If we all get our money back maybe these crooks will be put out of business. Hopefully prosecuted for their unlawful act. Good Luck.

Like a previous post, I ordered Acai Berry & Colon Cleanse as per advertisements on the Oprah site and accompanying article by Dr. Oz. Foolishly, I did not think Oprah would allow unreputable companies to profit by misleading advertising and illegal business practices. Silly me.

I was careful to keep track of the order date, noting that the 14 day free trial would begin from the ORDER date, not the date the product was actually shipped or delivered. The problem is, the product arrived 15 days after it was ordered, there was no way I could return it in the 14 day time limit. No free trial, just an automatic 87.13 charge which is now in dispute. what a hassle, stay away from FWM Laboratories, they include a toll-free number with promises of great customer service, but the number does not work.
