Sent extra products I did not order
I made an order for a one time offer of Acai Berry Max and Colotox. Their label is not on the package and am not completely sure if the address on the product is where it originated from.
Please help me in any way you can to get them to stop sending their products and also charging my credit care.

cancelation
i had called for two months to cancel this product
an can't get thru to any one. I have emailed them also and haven't recieved any results either.I have been charged $85.90 for two months and would like it to stop, I will even be sending a letter today to the corp. office

cancel order
Tried to reach them on 1/5/2009 left a message. They did not return my call.
I was charged 5.95 for a 30 day supply just pay SH. That cleared on 11/10/2008, then on 11/25/2008 79.95 cleared the bank 2 week latter. Now 88.90 cleared the bank on 1/17/2009. I have not recieved any more shippment. and I do not want any more. but I have yet been able to reach someone to cancel.
I have tried several phone numbers and it seems they are not in service. And if I do get a number that works I am on hold forever or I can leave a message but they don't return my call.
Is there any number you can get to me? Or help me in any way?

Did not order
I order Acai Berry Maxx and Total Cleanse on a trial of $5.95 each. After 30 days more products arrived and my card has been billed 3 more times. All 3 amounts are different. $74.80, $84.90, and $85.90. Call 1-866-320-0038 to cancel and spoke with a foreign location not in Florida or Texas. Was told only one product of Total Cleanse was on that order. Funny that is the order # on my confirmation email from FX Supplements. No where did this tell me that I would receive products every 30 days and be billed outragrous amounts.
Fraud from the word go. Had to cancel my credit card. I have contacted the BBB.org, Texas attorney general.gov, Federal Trade Commission.

charging after cancellation
I ordered the trial, of acai berry supplement. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive after which I emailed the company canceling any auto shipments immediately. Now six weeks later I received another order and notification of the charge of79.95 plus 5.95 shipping. In this letter they threaten civil and criminal charges will be fought vigoursly against a customer is a chargeback is filed. They claim their customer service department will handle a money return if warranted. They NEVER answer emails or phone calls.

There's not a complaint phone number or a valiad e-mail address
They have kept may card number on file. With original shipment there was not any kind of member user agreement sent. A month later I have a charge to my debit card for an amount for product that I didn't approve or order. When I tried to cancel my membership I can not find a valid phone number or a working email address. I'm in the process of canceling my card so I don't receive any additional charges. When the second package was delivered then Member User Agreement was included but still no phone number to contact them. I want to return the product and get my money back but I don't dare return the product without some kind of contract to make curtain I can get my money back and no additional product sent to me. billed on charge card for item that was not ordered
I was billed on my Discover Card $79.95 for an item that I had not ordered NOR received. I had ordered a "free" sample and was charged for the shipping and handling($5.95). I did receive the "free" sample, HOWEVER, I did not order more. Is there a scam going on with this company? I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Unauthorized billing
I had a bad feeling when I called to confirm my order. I had not received my order and it had been about 13 days, so I left message. I did not hear back from anyone. The shipment did finally come about 16-17 days after I placed my order on-line. When I did not see or feel any great results, I decided to cancel. I called the four different phone numbers provided, two of which are no longer is service, one of the mailboxes is full and the other answers and disconnects you after two mins. So I e-mailed, with no response. So all in all they take their time sending you the product so that it wastes all of your time that you may have had to cancel your membership within the '15 day trial period.' They will not answer phones or e-mail so that they must debit your account almost $100.00 per month. And don't try to send the shipment back with a cancel note, because you need a special number which can only be obtained by calling and getting a live person to give you one. (They will not accept the package otherwise.) I would love to see an end to this. I will try what I can to help or get to the bottom of this. Usually I never would have been taken like this, but it sounded great.

Unable to cancel order
Order this Acai Berry Maxx Free Trial Offer (1 Month Supply) on 11/10/08.
Call number 1-866-851-2281 to cancel the order unfortunately cannot get hold of anyone to cancel the order.
Email to [email protected] to cancel on 11/19/08 but no reply.
Now they are charging me $85.90 and i have to file a dispute via my bank... |

"READ "TERMS AND CONDITIONS
" Buyer Beware"! You may think you are only paying $5.95 SH but that's only for the trial period, which is about 10 days. If you do not call and cancel your "Membership" before the trial period ends, you will be charged $79.95 for the product. I did not realize the mistake I had made until I received my bank statement.
So please read all the terms and conditions before you order!
