never recieved product yet got charged
I ordered this product and NEVER recieved it. Yet they charged my card! I had to contact my bank and cancel my card. So please do not order this product ! IT IS A SCAM!

No way to cancel
They offer concelation on their voice mail but when I go to the website they give there is no way to cancel!

canceled order and still charged
I ordered the "free trial" and THEN (after filling out all order info) found out that I will be charged full price each month for an order...I cancelled my trial order - yet was sent anyway. I returned the uponed bottle and even called - my checking account was still charged $86.96!!! This company is crooked and I pray everyone heeds the warning!!

Cannot cancel shipments!!
I tried to call the number provided on the website to cancel further shipments during their business hours but no one ever picks up. There is only a voice machine that tells us to call back during regular business hours and to not leave any messages regarding cancellations. If we could never reach them it's impossible to cancel further shipments. I was already charged $79.95 for something I don't want. I tried to e-mail them but I have yet to hear anything from them.

Intend to cancel further shipments
I have been trying to cancel any further sihpments of Acai Maxx.
I don't want to receive any further shipments of this product.
My attempts to cancel have been met with no response.
The trial period has elapsed, but I wish no further contact with this company.

have not received order in 7 to 10 days when promised, orderd on 11/29&is now 12/19. also charged $ 5.95 for shipping/&handling.if you can't serve the customer in a timely manner YOU SHOULD'NT BE IN BUISNESS!!!

Same as everybody, taken 85.95 from me for the trial bottle. I called my bank, block the card, order a new card, filed dispute. waiting for dispute resolution and new card.

canot cancel order
I ordered the product 11-26-08, for 10.95USPS priority. The product came I tried it, and it doesnot work for me.I had until 12-14-08 to cancel. I've been trying since 12-10-08, and none of the websites work or the phone numbers. So Iam gonna cancel my credit card 12-16-08. Because they are not gonna get 79.00 a month from me.

no phone # to cancel future shipment
orderd a free 15day trail, for 5.95, tried to then call to cancel any future orders, but the phone #'s do not work!
