taking money out of my account
I have been receiving Acai pills several at a time in my mailbox..This company has continued to withdrawal 75 dollars out of my account at random..There isn't contact information with the product and I want to know how to stop it..

money taken
i had money taken from my card. after calling my card company i was given the number to call and cancle the membership i had with them. as the payment is still pending hopefully the will not get this money. if you do not call and cancle they will take more money every month. the no. is 00358942415769. good luck i hope this helps

Awful experience
Website [www.acai-advance.com] (link: http://www.acai-advance.com) stated that yo pay S&H of $5.95 and receive 30-day supply...return within 15 days if needed...but when you cal for a RMA# you continously get bsy signal or someone say they can't hear yo or just hung up on...try these numbers 1-866-955-4109...This order is also linked to another company called Lean for Life and your credit card information is linked and they charge a fee of $24.95 a month for 3months, plus a charge of $9.95 s&h...you don't know this until you see the charge on your bank statement...Their phone line is constantly busy, as well...try their number 888-247-5160 or 888-272-6483...They refer you to their web address, but you never get to any viable information...www.myordersupport.com ...the entire experienced has been AWFUL!!!

CANCELED @ STILL CHARGED
I ORDERED THE FREE TRAIL AND THAN CANCELED ON THE 14 DAY AFTER I CANCELED THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WHICH I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY SO I WILL HAVE TO PAY OVERDRAFT CHARGES, I AM DISABLED AND THE PRODUCT DID NOT WORK LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO, I WANT A REFUND

scam
i unfortunately ordered a "free trial" of absolute acai berry so i only paid for shipping. i did this a few days ago. since then i have searched the internet and found hundreds, if not thousands of people have ordered the same and every month are charged upto £100 in "monthly membership" i have not yet been charged but it is proving near impossible to find contact info to cancel my order/membership. it makes me sick that i was stupid enough to put my details in but now it is too late i dont know what to do to try and stop these disgraceful people. how can i go about invloving the relevent law forces/ legal action etc??

charged for something I did'nt order
I thought I was getting a $.99 trial of acai berry to try and see if it would work for me. Not only did I not lose weight I gained and then when my credit card came I had been charged $86.42 plus a foreign transaction fee of $2.59. Talk about false advertising. Not I can't even get ahold of them to cancel. I have been on the phone waiting for an hour.
Gee, I wonder why? Could it be that they have pulled this on everyone?

Unlawful deduction form my account
I enrolled for the FREE trial of Acaiburn tablets last month. The only payment they said I had to make was for the postage which was £10.06. Then this mohth on the 2/6 they have deducted £38.28 which I didn't give them authorisation to do. I have received nothing else from them so I want the additional deduction they took BACK.

Fraudulent actions
This account was cancelled and now again I have caharge going through my visa account. This is fraudulent and I want a refund as well as this stopped. I am prepared to enlist the better business buurea in this situtation.

Double charged
I ordered the Acai Burn from AcaiBurn.com and it said free one month trial at only $4.95, so naturally I did it. Well when I got to submit my order it said my card was declined and to run it again, so I did, and the same thing happend. Now today I looked on my bank statement and it was debited twice! I talked to a rep and they say they have no history for my account and basically there is nothing they can do. i dont want to be charged the monthly fee as well as the FREE TRIAL. I would like my money back!

Charging my account fraudulently
This company made me a discount of $79.95 to my credit card without a permit, especially not knowing who they are or where they are. This situation caused me many problems, I can not sleep, my husband gave me a beating because of them. All this led me to think about suicide. Help please. Urgently.
