I was called to try the 30-day $4.95. I had 30 days to cancel the subscription. I was provided the following cancellation number: 1-866-421-6558. After two weeks I called the number and it was disconnected. In less time the subject company charged my bank account and credit card for about $90. Unfortunately I did not check my credit card for about 30 days and they hit me again with another $60. In all I am out $150 plus the $4.95. Let's joing together and file a class-action law suit against this company.
I want all my money refunded.

I saw an online free 14day trial offer for 3.95 for the Acai Berry & Life Cleanse diet pills. I received a small bottle of each & within 5 days also found out they charged my credit card 87.13 4 times. When I went online to investigate I found out this company has pulled this scam on a lot of people. Same story for everyone. They need to be put out of business & not allowed to commit this fraud on an unsuspecting public. I have learned a very valuable lesson & will never order online again. %348.52 for 60 "free" pills is the biggest scam I have ever seen & I am retired on a very fixed income. This is immoral.

Acai Berry products are being sold under numerous companies. Ship my way, fitness hub, fit-fac.com, DJM lifestyle. When you order the product they sign you up for a support group $29.95 per month. Just found this out yesterday. I cancelled my Acai back in November but was still billed for the suppot group. Call 866-278-5361 (Ship my way.) Request a supervisor after the rep tells you she can only give you one month refund. Be nice but persist for a full refund. They will add more months after you tell them you know this is a scam. I just cancelled my bank card to stop any future charges.

Free means free right???? Well they charged my credit card for shipping and handling, fine. But then 2 wks later I was charged a $89 fee for the pills they sent free. LIARS, CHEATERS, THIEVES!!!
