Free Trial for Acai berry! Beware..they will charge you for the next shipment, even during your trial period. In which case you should be able to cancel...WRONG...only if someone answers your call! I was on hold for .5 hour to cancel, only to hang up and cancel my debit card instead.

Fraud
I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry only to have £60 taken from my account under another name, the period said 30days. The company could not be located but thanks to a comment below I was able to call 0018885912190 company name premiumacaislim, the agent then told me it was a 14day trial period not 30days!! However it is still up on the web as 30day trial. I have managed to get a cancellation number and I have contacted my bank fraud team. Beware!!

Billed for things I didn't order
I just received my bank statement and I have been charged for acai berry and colon cleanse that I did not order nor did I give this company premission to take this money out of my account. So far I have been taken for $235.81. I am going to my Bank tomorrow to see what I can do about this. I believe this is a felony charge when someone steals money from someone else however the means.

THEY WITHDREW 83.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT
I ordered the free bottle of acai berry.Iwent tocancel order online, gave them the credit card # and theysaid okay it's cancelled. when i got my statement from the bank I find out that acai berry took 89.00 from my account. I talked to them on their website, they told me to ship back free trial and I would receive my refund 5 days after they received it. I shipped it back 8/26/2009. when i never was credited I called them back, and they started to changed the ways I would receve it. Now I, m out 89.00 and I, m on a limeted income from social security, I really could use the money, so if you could help me PLEASE thank you janet persia

Rip off
I am a diabaled vet who is housebound. I do not know how I got enrolled into this program. I asked to be canceled and now they are treating me to report me to a collection agency. Why as a housebound disabled vet woudl I ever order this S*#&. I have sent email after email and have now have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours they are not willing to help me at all. I canceled my credit card and they now are telling me if I dont pay I will pay.l...what company is this. A company that major news networks and people liek ophra recommend, they must be getting a kick back. How can a housebound vet be able to pay for crap that I can not use nor did I order...what should a Bronze Star Veteran do who is 100% diabled do to get help. They will not help me...Still on hold 2 3/4 hours now. 4 callers ahead of me...

Unauthorized charge on my debit card
I tried to order a trial offer, but decided it was not worth the time so I cancelled out of the order. They called me and ask why I did not want to try the order and I told them I had changed my mind. They have sent me three orders and have been charging my debit card without my authorization. I can not stop the orders, how can I get this product stopped?

I ordered product on line on 8/14/09 for a trial for .99. I was immediately billed. On 8/17/09 I recieved a phone call from Customer Service confirming my order and the terms and conditions of the order. I was provided a customer service number of 866-949-0138 and told I had 30 days trial of the product and would get a locked in price of 39.95 per order. The product did not arrive until after 15 days without a shipping invoice. On 8/31/09 my account was charged another $86.42 plus an additional .86 international tranaction fee. I called the customer service number above and was told there was no $39.95 lock-in price and that I would not get a refund because I did not cancel within the 14 day trial period. I did not receive the product until after the fourteen days had expired.

Unable to contact company to cancel order
This company is a front. Yes you get a product (it did nothing for me) but then you cannot get in contact with them to cancel your order, Their web contact address sends back automated messaged with contact numbers then you find the numbers are not connected. Surely this must be FRAUD
