Warn EVERYONE you know! There is NO Free trial - no returns - no customer service. I cannot believe how incredibly stupid I was to get into this. The ONLY way to stop it is to cancel the credit card or bank account you used and dispute ALL the charges. They will bill you anywhere from $80.00 to over $100.00 before you even get the product and I found no less than 15 different phone numbers associated with the various companies. You will not speak to an English speaking person and they will not - I repeat will not cancel your order even though they say they will. You must cancel your credit card!!! Get it out to everyone you know! Emails, Facebook, whatever. It is a scam, pure and simple!!!

went on line to try the product its said 15 day trial but it was a month never got it and they were alredy charging the monthly i call they refused to cancel i told the lady no and she said they give me a discount and she will re-send the product and i still didn`t got it till on 11/11/10 the i was able to cancel and they still being charged.

These guys have taken my hard earned money and will not refund it. I have called many times and been put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time; finally had to hang up to go to work or whatever. I am writing to taken*for*a*ride to ask for help in how to get these scammers to gived me my money back!

They should have to put everything up front. They hide it all in there mumble jumble at the bottom. I also had to cancel my card. I called and tried to cancel before and they kept telling me they didn't have any record of me ordering anything. What a bunch of bull.I Wanted them to give me the name of the company that would be making the charges and they wouldn't. That's when I knew I had done something really dumb. These people had my credit card # and Could charge to it under any name. I had no way of stopping them until they had already made the charges. BEWARE.

I was reading an article from Rachael Ray about weight lose and she was speaking on how with Acai Berry and Colon cleanser she had lost weight. They were offering a trial for Acai Berry and the colon Healing for .99cent and $3.99. On June 28, 2010 I did the trial order for .99 cent for Acai Berry and it was taken out of my checking account, then on July 2, 2010 I found they had deducted $169.95 and I never received the trial product. I called that company as soon as I saw that charge and told them I didnt authorized that and I was asked if I read the information before ordering. I stated that I did and no where did it say I would be charged $169.95, only the .99 cent for the trial period. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. The supervisor stated that he could refund me half of my money $84.87 and they I would get the rest after they receive the product back. I believe I called them in time (not to send out the product) but he stated it had already been mailed out (lie). Anyway, when I got the product I mailed it back on July 13th and it was received on July 15th. I called to verify they rec'd it and when I would get my refund back. I was told it would take 30 business days and it would be in a check, not electriconlly refunded back into my account. Of course I didn't like that because it only took them two days to get my money why would it take 30 business days to get my money back. Anyway it is now Sept 3, 2010 and I still have not rec'd my money. I put the issue of getting my $84.98 into the hands of my law firm today. After talking with my lawyer, I called Body Type Wellness to see what they would say about my refund, I was informed by Bess that the supervisor who was handling things wrong and that the owners have taken over and that my name would be added to the list and I would be getting my check ASAP. As I said before, I am letting my attorney handle everything now.
