UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
Have called and canceled product as soon as I received first (2) bottles. Now I'm receiving product in bulk (3) at a time charged to my checking account...Cannot locate order number, they don't answer the phone. This has to to stop, can you HELP?????????????

unauthorized charges
This is the second time that this company has made an unauthorized charged to my net spend card. They called me asnd asked if I wanted another bottle sent to me. I told them no. I want both charges and I also have charges from another company (Colon Cleanse) that I did not authorize. I want the money put back on my card. I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. thanks, Lisa Hurt

fraud, overcharging
Do not order this product. I ordered the free trail bottle for $4.95 S & H and so far this month I have been charged $172.26. They keep sending bottles every 2 weeks. I was not aware that it was a subscription. I called to cancel it and they said another bottle was already on the way, (3 in one month at $85.13 each).

Theft
I may have the website wrong as I have been defrauded and can't get correct information by the other companies which continue to ding my debt card for $7.14, $3.24, $.20 $.10 and other fictitous charges every month. It's quite a racket! Be very carefull and read the fine print if there is any. I thought I read everything. If I could find someone to talk to from this establishment I would ask for a copy of the authorization form.

Unauthorized billing
Acai berry tropic is a scam, charged my credit card $78.81 stating i did not cancel product in time and that they could not refund money. I asked to speak with supervisor, was told they would call me, which of course has not happen yet. There should be something we could do, not to continue letting these companies getting away with this. Yes and Miss Oprah continues to put her face on this, but of course too I don't see her dress size decreasing either.

Charged & never rec'd credit
I am still fighting to get credit on my credit card from FWM Labor-
tories in Hollywood, FL. for their product that I didn't order. They charged me twice and finally got one credit but has been months and still no credit for the second charge. I have the U. S. P. S Delivery Confirmation Receipt that they rec'd the product but they still won't answer my phone calls or emails. Does anyone remember their mail-
ing address as my credit card company requires it. All I remember is FWM Laboratories in Hollywood, FL. Any help appreciated.

After requesting free samples unauthorized charge of $119.02 was billed 3 times on the credit card used for shipping charges.

Bad Business__disappointed
I just ordered this product several hours ago for the 14 day free trial for the $0.99 s & h. After reading some of the complaints about the company or scam partners, and how customers have been treated, made me call to cancel. Upon doing so, all you get is a repeated recorded messge along with a accasional hang-up and the read out of other peoples cc number, yes that's right, other people's card number is being read out. While on hold listening to the numerous repeated and back n forth messeges, I've heard (3) three different cc numbers. It's says the number quite fast. After this, I hung up and immediatedly called my bank to nip a potential problem before it gets started.

product not delivered
I ordered their product acai berry for diet and detox. This past week I have tried to contact them both by phone and internet. On these occasions I haven't been able to talk to anyone. Neither have I received their product as promised.
