My daughter called me and was telling me there was a charge of 83.41 on her debit card, which made her overdraft and indeed up overdraft her account 243.00 dollars..She did not order no free trial or nothing..So i immediately got on the internet to look up acai berry to see what it was and i saw this site...so we found a number and her dad called and he requested to talk to a manager but not for sure.. so when he was talking to so called mananger, he wanted the address and it took them 5 mins to come with a address and when we checked it on the internet and it was a cab company.so my husband ask what country the guy was in and he said he was in the Philippines..so its looking like my daughter will just be out alot of money because somehow this company got her account number and charged her account...i am going to get her to file a report with the bbb and get the bank to trace it...

Will somebody please stop Acai Berry. It is all over the place. It is the biggest rip off. There are numerous complaints on this site. (thank God for complaints board) I have not fallen for this but according to this site many people have. If you do not even open their mailings they might stop. I'm sick of seeing them on this site. I have seen them on my laptop but WILL NOT even touch them. Maybe if we ignore them long enough they will go away. Legal actionneeds to be taken. LIKE I SAID I AM FED-UP. Anyone agree?

I have only ordered the trial size of this product. And i will pay nothing more i will cancel my card cause i do not have the extra money for this. The website says nothing about sending you more or billing you more. This is why i do not order on the internet. I always get took. Acai berry did the same thing they give you a free 15 day trial but you don't receive the product until the 17th day so you really don't get a trial at all then the 2nd bottle shows up on the 18th day so they can charge you for that to. So before you even try the product your being billed $87.00 before you try the product this is rediculous. There has to be a different way of promoting this product if it does work because you make a consumer unhappy they will not try your product nor will they promote it. Something needs to be done to protect the consumer. I would like all my money refunded from Acai Berry and i hav'nt talked to anyone yet at cleanse pro x . I tried calling to cansel and i sat on the phone for 15 min. Finally i thought i got someone but it just said thank you for calling and it disconnected me. Very frustrating . This Company, take my money without permission from my Credit card. an amount of $105.95 on 25 of May after i purchase $5.95 diet product from them.
