The product Acai Berry was supposed to be delievered on 7-15-09 for.99 cent as a promotional deal am I am yet to get it and they also took money off my card without my permission . This is called I believe PIRACY. Apparently I am not the only one to get burned.

Acai Berry "free trial"
I was charged £75.40 for the supposedly free Acai Berry trial. I contacted them via email and aparently in the terms and conditions, if you don't cancel your subscription within 15days you will get charged the full amount for it. If it's 15day free trial, why send a months supply...I am arguing with Viv3 Labs over email, as from this information, I should've only been charged half for the 15days left that aparently aren't included in the free trial! When I signed up for this, it said 30day free trial, but, conveniently enough, I am unable to locate the website from which I ordered it. If anyone has a link, please add it!

This company offered a free trial of the product. After I filled out the on line form to order I had seen the total very quickly add to $87.00 I had received a call from a man from the company and he assured me my acct. would not be charged. I checked my bank account tonight and I had been charged on 07/16/09 which is today. I called again and this morning I am still out the money. This is very wrong and how can this company stay in business?

Scam - charged for what I didn't order
Hello,
I orderd the free trial version of ACAI Beery Detox and was shocked to find out that a $140 charge has placed against my VISA. he fine print somewhere siad that this product will get sent unless I cancel. I already complained to VISA. SO please cancel this. I think this is a like a scam. I don't want the product. I still have a 80% full bottle of the trial sample. I don't need anymore and so far the product has no effect. Please refund my money. I will see which organizations and newsgroups I can complain too. I just found out about this charge today. Unauthorized Withdraw from Debit Card
I ordered free sample of Acai Berry for $4.95 for shipping and handling! I noticed on my Ck account that 89.95 was withdrawn
without my AUTHORIZATION! When I called they said I was supposed to return the product within 2 weeks, but since it was over 2 weeks they would NOT REIMBURSE MY ACCOUNT!!
$89.95 for one 30 day supply of product is ridiculous. This is false advertisement!!!
I am overdrawn at my bank since I did not expect this UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL!
What can I do to make my account right and get the $89.95 posted to my checking account???
Please advise as soon as possible!!!

Unauthorize removal
I had purchased the .99 cent deal Acai Berry, and the next day I cancelled. Two days later my credit card was a charge from this company (Acai Berry) unauthorized to pull the money from my account. The phone numbers they give you are not in operation or you wait 20-30 minutes and still nobody answers. I had an online chat with an agent 011 a rep. and I did not get no where with them.
This is so much a scam and I fell for it. I would like to see the BBB step in and close the doors on them. Now I have to go thru a process of getting with my card company and hopefully get money back

refund
I ordered the $4.95 trail for my daughter then a couple of weeks later they took $74.94 dollars out of my checking acct. with out permission then I got another bottle did not open my Bank told me to send it back so I did. Then I called them twice was told they couldn't give me my money back then he said $15.00 I said no I want my full refund then he said $49.00 dollars said no, I wanted to speak to his supervisor he hung up on me. I called back to be told no supervisor was able to come to the phone just write a complain and send it to an address in Corna Ca. If I don't get my money back in full I am bringing my lawyer into this. I stopped my bank card so no more money will be taking out. These people are scam artists and need to be stopped.

I did not place this order and do not recognize the charge on the credit card statement. It is fraud.

product sent despite cancellation and charges to my credit card
In the beginning of June I called the 866-992-6556 number and cancelled my order. On June 26 I received another order and my credit card was charged. After spening over one hour wait time on the phone I finally spoke with a representative named Dania who insisted that my order was never cancelled. I received a return merchandise order and informed her to no longer send this product. I had to close the credit card used as they keep sending thier product eve though I cancelled last month. At my expense I will return the product. This has caused many hours trying to resolve this issue. Rhonda Black
