need to stop sending...........
ive tried everything in my power to stop you from sending me your product for one it dosent work. and ive canceled several times over telephone and each time its some non american rude accent what will it take for you guys to please stop sending your product ?

Unauthorised charges
I have been charged for 2 refills of the product - both in the same month, 22 day's apart (for a 30 day refill). I never received the initial 14 day supply. Their customer service was of no help. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RIP OFF PRODUCT FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY.
It is a scan - I was never advised of any need to notify the company about cancelling my account. What a scam - BEWARE!

No refund for returned products
I placed an order on December 5, 2008 for the Acai Berry and a colon cleanser. I was charged $87.13.
I called right away when I received the Acai Berry because I did not like the ingredients in it, so I never opened the bottle. I sent the products back and spoke with someone on the telephone about it. I also sent a letter and requested a refund and the company never responded back to me. Sincerely, Mrs. Gregg

Refund
I signed up for a free trial of ACAI Berry. Within 5 days of receiving and using it, I cancelled my order. Advanced Wellness shipped another 30 day supply to my home and I refused to accept it. It was returned to the 1269 N. Wood Dale Road address. I received a third shipment on 4/16 and I opened it and called them at the number on the shipping ticket. I stayed on hold 15 minutes. No one ever answered. I finally went to my bank statement and obtained the number with the debits they have made and called that number. I was instructed to return the third shipment with a "return number" and was told that because I refused shipment on the second bottle I would not receive credit. The return address with the return number is the same 1269 N. Wood Dale Road address that the "refused" shipment was sent back to. I was told that I am not receiving any of my money back except for the third shipment, which I am not yet convinced of. In other words, the second shipment was returned to them (unopened) for no credit to me, and was shipped out to another person, sold the second time. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS! Of course they deny having received any calls from me or a cancellation of any kind.

Charging Product and returning
I too was the victim of this fradulant company. I requested the 14 day free trial. Prior to the 14th day (actually 11 days) I received a call from my Bank about the $86.85 charge. I had several email conversations with them. They said they would cancel my subscription (which I don't recall signing up for) and gave me a return authorization number to return the package and get a credit. I had complained that they were fradulent in their marketing and policies. The next day I received the package, immediately put the return authorization number on the package and took it to the post office. I have yet to receive a credit on my card. Now it appears they are no where to be found. Any help out there I would appreciate

Company refuses to cancel order.
I have tried to cancel my order for the products Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry through the above company and they continue to send the Acai Berry and have charged my credit card AFTER my request to cancel the order. They claim I never called because I could not produce "an authorization number"; however, "somehow", they successfully stopped sending me the Colon Cleanse.

How desparate and UNETHICAL must this company be to continue to charge credit cards for 80-something dollars a pop!!! I would like some action!

SCAM
Trial order of their product. The product did nothing for me. So I just forgot about it. Surprise.. a bottle of their product arrives with a $78.81 charge to my credit card. I returned the product, the bottle was still sealed, with instructions to cancel any further product and to issue a credit on my Credit card. This was done after several phone calls, I was put on hold for about 5 minutes...then disconnected. One time instead of disconnecting me the line was opened to hear people speaking Spanish as if they were in a work environment..i.e. office, out on a maufacturing floor. I finally hung up. I have tried repeatedly since to reach them by phone but to no avail.

2 more products have now been sent and they now charge $83.80 per bottle to my credit card, I have returned both of these bottles to them. On April 14th, I again tried their phone number..I actually got a live body, a man who had a foreign accent. I explained my problem and inability to reach them via phone. He assured me thousands of their customers are able to reach them daily...in essence calling me a liar. When I asked and them demanded a refund to my credit card he told me that on their site it is clearly explained that the trial offer is for 14 days and I have to notify them within those 14 days to cancel my order. I told him I saw nothing like that...perhaps in some fine print on the site which I did not see. Too bad...was the essence of his story. I told him I had returned the first one with instructions to cancel...tough, not within the 14 days. He finally consented to saying he would issue a credit to my credit card in the amount of $78.81 for the first bottle that I received after my trial order, which I returned to them with the instruction to cancel further bottles of their product. I asked to speak with his supervisor..he said his supervisor would tell me the same thing.. no refunds of the two more bottle which they had sent and I have returned. Finally I insisted I wanted to speak to his supervisor...he said all the supervisors were busy...I told him this whole operation was a SCAM!! I then asked how could I communicate with a person of authority in his company...could he give me an address where I could write someone...he offered an e-mail address...services, advancedwellnessresearch.com...so I wrote a complaint to this address again requesting a refund. To date I have had no response. This company if obviously an off-shore operation as I also get a "foreign transaction fee" on my credit card. I urge any and all to avoid this SCAM, SHAM, company.

acai berry products
To everyone who reads this..Do not buy from this company...I recieved my trail acai berry which i found out I could not take I called the company to cancel the rest of my order which they have done but are still chargeing me on my credit card. They informed me that they will credit my credit card well they have not done it so now I have to cancel my credit card so they can not charge my card anymore. This is not a very good company to buy anything from. So be ware when you do order from them. Look at alll the reviews they have and complaints they have on them.

Unauthorized charges
This company advertised, ACAI Berry weight loss pills, endorsed by Oprah Winfrey. $ 5.95 for first month, fee charged to my check card. At this time, I discovered I had a medical problem and tried contacting Super Life Products by phone and e-mail to cancel this order. No response, I tried numerous times, cell phone mail box was full, accepting no more messages, internet address was not valid. This company charged an additional $ 79.95 to my check card within 14 days.

I canceled my check card so they could not keep charging the $ 79.95. I have received no further product, beyond the original first 30 pills, which I disposed of, not taking any. Package came through China, thus held at my local post office until I could sign for. Why can't someone stop these scams? Yes, I would like my $ 79.95 back. I earn $ 17, 000.00 a year as a school aide. Since I was stupid enough to order this item on the internet, I would at the very least like to see these scams stopped.

I will not order on-line any more. I prefer to go to my local stores and make my purchases.

unlegal charges billed
I order a trial period for 3.95 cancel before the trial was up. I still was charge 89.31 and also other fees and they sold my name to other health related companys that have been billing my account since december 08 until now. I can to dispute with the company they would not credit my account. and they said my membership was already cancel. I advised them I never sign up for other companys. just for the trail and they still charge me. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and they are working on fraud on my account now. I will give all necessary info when someone email mail me. [email protected] michelle I went back to try find the website I dont see it but they have other stuff talking about it and complaints and scams
