Contact number
I've been scammed too!
Took me days to get hold of this company. They seem to have various incorrect telephone numbers. I got hold of them on this one 1-866-484-2863.

Unauthorized billing
I was on the Racheal Ray web site and there was a promotion for Acai Berry (a weight loss supplement). Racheal Ray, CBS, Fox News and some others had positive comments on the product. I thought I would give it a try. A one week free sample would be sent to me for only $3.95 shipping & handling charge. I received my bank statement and had surprising charges on my account. I was charged the $3.95 from the Diet offer store, $29.95 from Fit factory and $89.31 from the Diet offer store. I looked up each of the Business on-line and found a contact number. I was able to get a credit from Fit Factory who told me they got my information from Acai Berry (AKA - Diet offer store). I called Acai Berry and told them of the charges they told me that I would be receiving the product in a week and I do not receive it then I should call back to receive my refund. I originally called in the middle of November of 2008. It is now March 6, 2009 I have not received the product and they refuse to give me my money back. I have talked to Joseph, Barbie, Chris (Jr. Manager) and some lady named Princess? They all have given me a different story about my account. If you look up the Acai Berry web site it clearly states 100% guarantee satisfaction. I don't have any satisfaction dealing with this company. I have opened a claim with my States Attorney General and I don't think they are having any luck with them.
Please do your research about a business before doing business with them on line. They may just be fraudulent as Acai Berry.

Unauthorized charges
Like any fool who was stupid enough to watch an 'Infomercial', I was taken in by Acai 'Detox' & their sister product 'Bromalite'. Both products while not effective in my case arrived as agreed. I ordered a 'sample' order for $3.95 and $4.95 respectively. I owe these grifters that money and paid them.
Much to my later surprise I received a credit card statement where they have billed me $87.13 for Acai Berry and $69.95 for 'Bromalite', I made no commitment to buy any of their stuff!! I have tried repeatedly to call them and they simply put you on hold until you just give up!
I protested this amount to my credit card provider and learned that on my March statement I have been billed again!! These people IMHO are simply running a cheap scam. I have NEVER failed to make a payment to any creditor. These people play on the desire of over weight people to improve themselves with no effort.
Don't be fooled by these clowns. Avoid these people. Also, the infomercial creates the impression that these two companies are the same; this may be true but they bill it under different names.
If you order a sample you are sure to be buried in paper work trying to get these false charges eliminated from your credit card. If you get subsequent orders of this garbage my advice REFUSE IT!...
I am really hot and bothered over these folks and am also reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Department of Agriculture that deals in scams and consumer fraud.

Acai Berry complaint

illegally withdrawing funds for useless products
I agreed to pay shipping charges for a trial product of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse in January 2009. The product was shipped and I used it beginning February 13, 2009. On March 10, 2009 the following money was removed from my account with0ut my permission: $40, $40, $47.13, $47.13 and then on March 12, 2009 $47.13, $47.13. On March 12, 2009 I contacted SWM Laboratories and spoke with Ms. Sheena Jones - supervisor who indicated that the charges would be returned to my account, she stated, "Check back in 3 days for the status on my account and the return of my money.
On March 18, 2009, I had the unfortunate opportunity of speaking with the head supervisor David who was very rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me when I ask for his supervisor. He told me I could not talk to him and he was in charge. To sum it up I would not be getting my money back.

Refund Run Around
In January I decided to order the free trial, paying for only shipping with my debit card. 15 days after receiving my trial bottle, I received a call from my bank, stating that a possible fraudulent charge was trying to be processed on my account. After getting the details from them, I realized that it was related to the Acai Berry Trial I had ordered. Apparently, what I hadn't noticed at the time of ordering was the very small link for the terms and conditions of the free trial. It stated that if you did not call within 15 days of receiving the shipment, your bank account would be charged $87.13 and you would be enrolled in monthly shipments. I immediately called the wonderful customer service department at FWM Laboratories and explained that I wanted to cancel any further shipments and would like to be refunded for the amount charged of $87.13. After explaining several times that I did not want to keep the bottle for a lower price and that all I wanted was to get my money back, the representative told me that I would receive an email from the credit department in 2-3 business days. Needless to say, I never received that email so I called back again. This cycle happened approximately 5 more times, each time the representative assuring me that I would indeed receive the email and that I needed to be patient. Well, I began to quickly lose my patience and began having my husband call. He was told the same thing I was so he began demanding to speak to a supervisor. The first one he talked to basically told him the same thing but asked that he give it 5-7 business days to receive the email. Of course, the 5-7 business days passed and still no email. By this point, we had been battling to get our money back for over a month and we'd had it. So, the last phone call my husband made, he asked for a supervisor immediately and explained to her that if we did not see a refund in our bank account within 5 business days, we would be filing a fraud claim with our bank and they would pursue it from there. As the others before her, she assured him that he would receive an email from the refund department. To our surprise, the very next day we received the fabled email! It stated that a refund in the amount of $87.13 was in process and to allow 5-7 business days for it to show up in our bank account. We were skeptical, but on the 7th business day, the refund showed up in our account. It was a miracle! I guess it takes calling a company 20 times before you get to the right person...

unauthorzied charges
We decided to try the trial size acai berry and authozied a one time charge of $5.95. Within a 3 week period, we received 2 additional shipments totaling $190.67. The phone numbers that are provided for customer service are no good. All you get is a recording and then they hang up. We want to return the product but cannot get any information or a live person. We have had to cancel our card so as not to allow any further charges. There should be something we can do about this. Please help!

Refund
I just got off the phone with their Company Customer Service. They have refunded me the charge to my acct. and stopped any additional shipments promptly. They even offered thru no prompting on my part to continue shipping for a drastically reduced price so I could properly evaluate the product. This I declined to do, but they have left a considerably bettter taste in my mouth, after the charge that had not been authorized. I have recieved both the cancelation and refund codes without any difficulty. My hat is off to this company for rectifying their mistake. I utilized the number that was placed on the complaint forum by the Co. of 1-800-983-7968.

bad customer service numbers
I tried the product with complete dissatisfaction not only did I not lose weight, I felt hungrier. I tried to call several phone numbers to cancel future orders but one said please call back during "normal" business hours. It is Monday at 11:00am in the morning! The other number I tried to call that I got from my bank said..."number is no longer is service". I hope Oprah addresses all of these complaints soon or she'll find herself in the same predicament as the cows! BULLSHIT COMPANY...BEWARE.

unauthorized credit card charge
I called several weeks ago and ask to cancel this order which I did not order but because I knew they were going to send the order, I wanted to cancel it ahead of time. Well, bless my soul, they did not do what I ask and my credit card was charged for that order and I am mad as I can be and I need something done about it. Someonme is not listening to me and doing what they want to do and that is not right.

Free trial scam
Charged 3 payments of $4.99, $78.81, $83.80 = $167.60. For a free trial.
Great scam they got going.
NOT RECOMENDED. I called this # 1-866-964-1011. After a 3 1/2 hour wait on the phone, someone answered.
I was able to cancel the order, AND with a great amount of BITCHIN and I also told them my Doctor didn't want me to take them. Do to the fact that they didn't work with the drugs I was already taking. I received a $60.00 credit.
Call the #, stay on the phone and wait...
