I ordered the trial sample of acai berry and was billed the 4.95 fee. I tried the sample and agreed to a one month shipment of the product. I got zero weight loss results from the product and wanted to cancel any further shipment. They billed me $86.85 for that month's supply. I called the cancellation phone number they provided. Healthy Living answers and puts me on hold, once for 30 minutes and once for 60 minutes. I continue to call and can never talk to a real person. Another automatic shipment is scheduled to be shipped. Since I couldn't cancel the order I had to cancel my VISA card so it can't be charged. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

This company charged my credit card an unathorized $79.96 for something I have never ordered, or by that token, have not recieved anything from them. I did authorize a $4.99 shipping charge for the free trial pills that I did recieve but that was all. I would can find no Phone number that I can call to have this taken care of by the company. Can you be of any help?

On 1/27/09 I saw an advertisement online for two separate products, ACAI BERRY and LIFE CLEANSE. The total cost was suppose to be only the shipping fees of $3.95 each. I ordered both products and did not receive them until 2/4/09. On 2/11/09, I was billed an additional $87.13 for each product.

I called the company today to dispute the charges and was told that the I had agreed to a 15 day trial period and that because I failed to cancel within those 15 days, I was being charged the additional amount. They have since canceled my account but they refuse to allow me to return the product for a full refund. I've only taken two pills of one product and none of the other one. I told the rep that I did not see anything on the website indicating it was only a 15 day trial period and even if it was I was still within the 15 days from the date I received the product. She said it didn't matter because the 15 days started from the date I ordered the product and not from the date I received it.

I asked them to provide me with a return authorization code and they refused to do so. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times and was placed on hold. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes and I'm still holding.

They are engaged in false / misleading advertising and it's a blatant ripoff.

I bought product for what I thought was $3.95. Did not see anything in online ad about automatic billing or returning product within 21 to avoid getting charged.
On 2/9/09, approximately 22 days after receiving product, $79.90 was charged automatically to my debit card.
Called 1.800.595.4670 and after being on hold for 14 minutes, spoke to a customer service rep who explained to me that I didn't read the fine print in the information sent with the product. Explained, I was not aware of any autodeductions, and wanted to cancel my account and get refunded the $79.90. She said that she would cancel my account, but I would need to return the product to: 6452 Fig Street, Unit A, Arvada, CO 80004. I asked if I could return it any time and she said yes, but to make sure I got a tracking number. She also provided a return authorization code.
I returned the product to the company via UPS on 2/23 and they received the product on 2/26/09 at 10:24 am.
On Monday, March 2, 2009, my debit card was charged $69.90 by GNS.
I waited until they opened their lines (7:30 am mtn)
and was on hold with the first customer service rep for 17 minutes. Once I spoke to them, they said that I didn't receive a cancellation code from the person I spoke to on 2/9/09, therefore, my account was not cancelled, therefore, I was receiving another shipment of product. I told them what the rep told me on 2/9 and they forwarded me to another line of which I was on hold for another 21 minutes. This third customer service rep told me that it wasn't cancelled and I wasn't going to get a refund on the product I returned because I didn't return it within 30 days of receipt. I stated that none of that was shared with me and that I assumed when the rep told me on 2/9/09 that my account was cancelled it was cancelled. He then gave me a cancellation code and stated that he needed to talk to a manager and put me on hold for a few seconds and I was cut off. So, an hour and a half has past and I am forced to call the 800 number again to be on hold for 7 minutes to be transferred to another customer service rep to be on hold for 28 minutes for the 5th rep to tell me that they can't refund me the $79.90, that my account wasn't cancelled on 2/9/ and that they have no proof that I even called them on 2/9/09 despite the fact that I had a return authorization code, and that if I wanted the $69.90 refunded, I would need to send back the product that is currently being sent to me. I was furious and asked for a manager, she stated that the manager would say the same thing. I continued to argue with "Annie" for 5 minutes and demanded to speak with a manager. Diane, agent 195, answered and I went through the entire story and she apologized for my experience and stated that I would receive credit in my bank account for both the $79.90 and $69.90 within 48 - 72 hours. We will wait and see. Do NOT DEAL WITH GNS.
