Would be smart to goggle this company before I placed the order …I had some bed feelings about the offer but any way decided to proceed to my credit card information …I ordered a trail period for free ( as was promised online), they suppose to charge only for shipping which would be $ 4.95 . Next month I found my credit card was charged for $54.95 . I called to talk to a customer service and it was explained that I do not have experience how to order online ( btw, I order online almost everything and usually I’m very couscous ), it was hard to get any cancellation for future charges, however I got it but the customer care rep told me that I have to write email with my explanations… My advice to you, people, don’t even try this web, you will receive a bottle of pills ( they don’t work btw)and you will be billed each month for $74 … I didn’t receive any additional bottle of the product …this is a scam ! I will post complaints in other web sites too . Net is full of Acai ads, don’t know if all of them are rip off but this one for sure !

We canceled this product, and then were charged 149.95 anyway

Received product and was charged before trial time had expired. Phoned Acai Berry & the refund process was to begun. Faxed copy per instructions of supv. Sherry the receipt from the Post Office showing that I returned product. I was told refund would be processed within 5-10 days. This all started in November 2009. I have phoned many times but have kept documentation of all names & stories I have been told. Also my State Attorney office has been contacted about this Company which they must comply a return letter due to consumer protection laws. Don't order this product or you will have problems from day 1.

I have been absolutely scammed by this company.www.stevegetsripped.com. This Scam targets just about everyone who uses the internet and has given their personal details on web sites like Hotmail. MSN, Facebook, etc... The Advertisements that are on the right hand page of all most all these sites, there will be one there FOR YOU ! Weight loss, Muscle Building, Wrinkle cream, ALL ACAI BERRY. ALL the SAME company. They Offer 15 day FREE trial, BUT read the small print (by the way the terms and conditions box is already ticket for you, HOW CONVIENIENT) you don't have to read it. haha. You send for a free Trial and give your card details for postage and packaging £3.95. 16 days later if you havn't cancelled by then they take £69.00 plus £3.95 out of your bank through your details you gave them. Depending on what you ordered, it could be as much as 3 payments of £72.95, your bank are POWERLESS because it is a debit card payment and not a direct debit. Persist and persist to get your money back, these companies should be stopped!!!

I order the free trial and now I have been receiving them monthly. I am under doctor's care and have been advised not to take any over the counter supplements. I have been trying for the last two months, to cancel these orders and am unable to speak with someone. I am employed full-time and am unable to hold on the company phone. How can get these orders cancelled?
