				Unauthorized Charges

I ordered a sample bottle, tried the product, did not like it. I then received an automatic shipment and realized I needed to cancel the product. I've called the number several hundred times with no answer. I emailed the email address and aske to cancel any other shipments. One week later I was billed again for 95.00. Again I have called many many times, still no answer. I will be going to the bank tomorrow to see what I can stop, but these people are impossible. DON'T ORDER IT NOT EVEN A SAMPLE!

				fraud

I tried the "free sample" and only had to pay shiiping and handling. Now they have charged my debit card for 87.13. I called their 866 number 3 times trying to talk with someone I could understand but all they have are foreigners on the phone. I could hardly understand what they were saying and would not give me a number I could call to talk with someone about canceling the charges. How can these people sleep ripping others off. I don't know of anyone that can lose 87.00 without it hurting financally. What are our options from here to get our money back?

				unauthorized charge

I have no idea how this company got my credit card number. My first clue was when my credit card company fraud division called me this morning to investigate some questionable charges there were several on the card ranging from $1 to $200. I then went to the post office to pick up my mail, having been out of town for 2 weeks and there was a bag containing a bottle of this ACAI Berry stuff, one of the fraud charges was from a "healthy living" for near $ 50. I can't reach anyone at the phone or website printed on this bottle, my charge card has been cancelled and no charges will be mine. I suspect this started with an online gaming site Players Only.

They are not an honest co.

i sent off for a free trail of the acia. I paid for the shipping with my credit card. Then I received their product the next month. I then went to the post office and returned it with delivery conformation. I never received a refund so i called my card company. They in return contacted Acai and was told they would not give me credit. Acai apparently knew you can only trace a del. com. for 90 days, so they deliberated stalled for the 90 days. This is not a reputable company. They claimed they did not get the product back. I am still wondering how they knew to not send me their product if they never received it with cancel written on the box.

				Cannot cancel account

Received 'free' Pure Acai Berry from Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. I called to have this cancelled and not to send any more products. The number I reached 1800503well-was answered by someone who said they couldn't find my acct. who do I see about this? I will call my bank immediately and refuse it, but my bank is sending us new mastercards due to a scam. So these are supposed to last 30 days, but I hear they are sending a second order out immediately and charging the bank.

				Trial Rip Off

Rip off artists. Paid 3.95 for detox and was charged 87.13. No refund department just a bogus e-mail and a bunch of foreign people answering an 800 number.

				SCAM

I recently sent for a trial supplement for Acai berry recommended by the Rachael Ray. I didn't even get to try the supplement before they charged my credit card for 78.81. I called a customer service number and spoke with someone from India who said they would not refund my money and did not want to cancel an order I did not place. I did not try the supplement because I had broken my arm and was on pain medication. I want my money refunded.
