Incorrect charges
I was told that I would only pay for shipping and handling and that was all.
My charge on my credit card was for 40.00! This was a free order trial!

Acai Berry All Natural Cleansing Formula
Your refund policy is not very good. It says you have a 15 day satisfaction guarantee return policy on all shipments. However, it took almost that long just to get the product. You don't have enough time to try the product because you have to turn right around and send it back. I want you to CANCEL my account! DO NOT CHARGE ANYTHING TO MY CARD!!! My order # is: 1158922. It is impossible to reach you by phone! I have already contacted my bank about this and I am going to meet with my attorney on Tuesday. The whole ad that you have placed is completely FALSE ADVERTISING! I can't believe Oprah, etc. would endorse your product knowing everything that your customers have had to go through with this company. Again, CANCEL MY ACCOUNT & DO NOT CHARGE ANYTHING TO MY CARD! I also want confirmation that my account has been cancelled. Your product is in the mail being returned to your company.

2nd Cancellation Notice
This is the 2nd notice for order # 1205557 to be cancelled. I DO NOT want your product! It does not work and it it over charging me. Please do not make me further dispute to my credit card company.
STOP THIS ORDER. I cancelled while my order was still in "TRIAL", which is by the way not free, but a rip off. You cannot get a hold of a Rep via phone and no one seems responds to these email requests, except for all of us who have been dooped. You know, the customer service rep for my credit card company says that 80% of his calls are because of Acai Berry rip offs. Seriously, we are all being scammed!

took money out of cancelled account
I cancelled this product the day i received it in the mail and they still charged my bank account. the bank said i can get my money back but i have to do all the work to do this. they should not be allowed to even get a penny. i gave them more than enough time to not charge my account. this is a scam if i ever saw one.

The phone callssss
I order a free trail of Acaiberry, and i obviously hear the story of how they charge after i order so i was wondering and whatsoever i called the customer services. They didn't have sone one to talk to me straight throught the phone, but they told me to keep call the customer service after i left a long messeages.
To make the story short, so they keep calling me of how they would chart me for shipping, which is 1.99 and i already pay 3.95 for the shipping, and the bottle's already send to me. they keep call and call and wouldn't leave me alone. doesn't matter how many times i told them don't call me and do not chart my card, i just wanted to try that, and i don't want to go any further with the product.
so your little FYI don't order them u will end up in a situation like us. just go to the local vitamin store and u can find acaiberry liquid for 20.00 bucks but it's more safer.

Unauthorized Use Of Credit Card
Upon reviewing my credit card statement i discovered a charge of $79.95 for a order of Acai Berry Diet pills which i did not Authorize. I Am VERY VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. AND IF THIS MATTER IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DRIREG.NET. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A TOTAL SCAM. SO CONSUMERS BEWARE OF ACAI BERRY AND DRIREG.NET THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. AS I STATED BEFORE IF THIS MATTER IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION IN COURT. MY NAME IS JOANN VAUGHN, I AM FROM MANSFIELD OHIO.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a trial order of Acai Berry on December 28, 2008 for $3.98. The order didn't arrive until Tuesday of this week, February 3, 2009. I went online to check my bank account this evening and discovered that the company has made two withdrawals from my account in the amount of $87.13. The first was on January 11 and the second was on January 27. I called this evening and was told she would cancel further shipments, although I only asked for one and have only received one.

over the top charges for products never received
trial received. Two weeks later, without asking or hearing from me, another bottle came.I returned it but company had moved.I had to find it in Boca Raton, talked to "Luis" who said my name would be removed and I would not get more.I mailed the package back, each time of course, incurring mailing charges.Even had e mail saying order cancelled.Then credit card bill came with two charges, one for $90.39 and other for$96.46 apparently from a foreign country .I have foreign fees as well in those charges. Telephone numbers for the two charges are NOT the SAME. Both are 888 numbers.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT. THERE HAVE BEEN NO RESULTS AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 3 TIMES FOR SHIPPING IN THIS TRIAL PERIOD. I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO CANCEL AND HAVE CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FURTHER DISPUTE THESE CHARGES.

I never received the Acai berry supplement.
I want to cancel but when I call the number they say they can't pull up account.
They say the only way to cancel is to call though!
I will fight them on the $88.00 charge they will try to put through.
