about term and condition
i used this product and i have never seen any side effect with this .i just saw people says about their policies but i never found any thing wrong they are very polite with me all the time when i need their help.i think because i have done every thing correctly like read their policies before ordering, i think it is rudiculous that we made any mistake and put all blame on them...

I ordered one free sample and they have taken the money out of my account twice. They do not have my permission oto keep sending me this or charging my account.

Rip Off Websites for Acai Berry
I have not bought this product, but have done a cursory comparison of the websites below, which all push the Acai Berry BS. Please feel free to use these in complaints and I suggest you all go straight to the Federal Trade Commission.

These are almost all identical websites with interchangable # of kids, # weight loss;
They all tried the trendy diets (South Beach, Atkins, etc);
They all saw Dr. Oz on either Oprah or Rachel Ray;
They all state "I'm just a ----" on their site;
They all lost 42, 45 or 47 lbs.
Several have identical photos;
Several have the exact same layout.
There were two others that have since been yanked: Sarah Presley's and Anna Matthews' Weight Loss Stories. They must have been replaced with Karla's and Helen's because those are fairly new.
From all I've read on here of the absolute ripoffs, these people must be stopped.

Want to cancel
I called company to cancel order #1290217 on 1/28. Order was placed 1/23. I was advised that my order was cancelled I then received an email that my order was being processed. I don't want to continue. I want it cancelled.

Unethical business practices
I ordered the free 14 trial and was charged the full $89.00 before the end of the 14 days. I cancelled but they still haven't refunded my money. It's been 3 months. They also joined me up for another site that cost $29.99 a month (without my knowledge).

Theft on my checking
I ordered Acai Berry Cleanse - I ordered a free sample for $3.95 shipping. Then the company charged my checking account twice automatically for 87.13 within 15 days of that order. When I called the company they said its in their terms and conditions I would be charged but I got nothing in the mail & they will not reimburse me. I'm calling my bank to report as fraud and get a new checking account - I told Acai Berry to stop charging me but I"m nervious I will keep getting charged - I've paid 174.26 already so I'm reporting this as fraudulent.
I wish there was a way to get my money back especially since I got NOTHING in the mail but I doubt I'll ever see this money again .

Unauthorized charges
This company advertises a free bottle of for only the price of s/h, but they send a large bottle before you get the sample and charge you $89.31 for the Acai Berry and then you get a bottle of colon cleanse for $1.99 and they actually charge you $78.84. I have called and all they will do is stop 'the subscription' which I did not ask for in the first place. You are suppose to have 30 days to cancel, but then they tell you on the phone it is 14 days. I will never buy from them and I hope that people check this site and others for the same problems before they buy. FREE is not always as it appears.

Unauthorized charges
I did a Trial product with this Company, I was not happy with the product and was going to cancel my future orders...before I could they "auto-fulled" my next order, I am having trouble getting a refund. Unable to communicate with the Billing Department. No one know how to contact them. Someone needs to shut this folks down.
