Today I called a 866-949-0138 number due to two charges on my visa for the amount of 87.13 each a total of $174.26. One amt. was charge to me on Jan. 05, 2008 and the other on Jan. 19, 2009. I was told I would be get a refund for this amount. I explained to Mr. whoever his name was I canceled my card number at the bank and the refund could not be credited back to my card because I canceled it due to thinking you people are nothing but out there trying to scam people. I asked him how could I get my refund and of course he did not know. He gave me this e-mail address and said you the refund department would have to decide on how I would receive my refund. Most likely I will never receive this refund, but it's for sure you people will never get a chance to take money from my account again. You can't credit my card because it don't exist anymore...now tell me how do you plan on giving back to me what you took.

Also this 14 day period that he said was on the terms and condition...the bottles that was sent came prior to your so call 14 day period which would not give you time to cancel before being charged again. I plan on making this known to the right authorities and will not stop until I receive answers from someone who really can do something about this.

I have called several different #'s and all of them have my account information so if you order from one company name I assure all the other companies have your info to so this is why it is important to cancel your card and not try to put a block on your credit card because it does not work. I just hung up with 18669316791 and they still are waiting on refund department to email me a confirmation well i called 18669490138 on tuesday of last week and they to had my info and guaranteed me email confirmation within 72 hrs so its no tuesday 1 week later and still no email about my refund. So if you are holding out for email don't hold your breath.

I ordered the trial bottle for $4.95 plus S/H ...after about 1/2 the bottle I called to try to cancel anymore shipments but, there was so much background NOISE on their end and the person could hardly speak ENGLISH...SO I GOT NOWHERE...what can I do? I'll keep trying.

This is not a valid website. it is impossible to to cancel an order. they are automatically charging my credit card without authorization. There is no phone number where you can reach them to cancel an order.

Ordered the free samples and paid for the shipping as stated on web site.

No where did it say that they would be sending more and charging my visa for more that I did not order!! In trying to contact them some of the phone numbers were disconnected. Then when I did talk to someone that wasn't American they could not find my account. I have since called my bank and filed a fraud claim and canceled my visa. I suggest if you are in this same situation to do the same. Company's like this should be stopped. I bet they get a lot of poor people out there that are suckered in and don't know what to do.
