Guess I am one of many who ordered Acai Berry Tropic. Not only did they send me a substitute product of Natura Cleanse and charged me for the Acai Berry free trial they would not give me my money back for the Acai Berry Tropic I did order when I returned the substitute product unopened with the RMA # on it. I have tracking confirmation and dates from the usps and they would not pick up returned package. I don't believe I should be charged for a product I did not order! Can't someone do something about this type of fraud?

ordered acai berry pure for a tail of 14 days have not received the item but have taken $91012 out of my bank account also on that order was the live cleanse for 14 day trail i have notified my bank who is going to take action and cancelled my visa card so those scammers cannot dock me for anymore

I had been on the ITV web-site and noted the advertisement for acai-berry detox 30 day free trial. I was linked to feedback from an American newsreader who had used this product saying how wonderful it was and then on to payment options. To be honest I am usually a bit suspicious of anything for "free" and athough now I feel I have been "stung", at no point did the advertisment lead me to even consider looking for the terms and conditions. When I realised that the money (£152) was taken from my credit account, I telephoned the UK number on my invoice. The voice mail was in English that evening and adviced to contact them between the hours of 8am - 5pm. On phoning the following morning at 8am, the voice mail was in Spanish although still a UK number, and I was kept on hold for quite soom time. I wonder is this also part of the scam, in that this will be a deterent for customers to cancel their orders as they may not understand what is being said.

Like many others here, I was taken in by the 14-day free trial. No, you cannot cancel your order. They will erase your call from their list if you call to cancel and then say you never called. RECORD THE PHONE CALLS. They will charge your bank account before your 14-day trial is complete. REPORT THEM TO THE FTC 1-877-382-4357 for false and/or misleading advertising. REPORT THEM TO YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL. There must be enough complaints of the same nature directed to them for any action to be taken, but if each of those who have already complained make that call, ALL of us will get our money back, and the rip off scam will stop.

Hey, I went to the bank today and the same has happened for me. Is there any way of getting my money back? The bank really werent much help.

Im gutted that was all my Christmas money abd its all gone! Apparantly I must have agreed to the terms and conditions but surely there must be a way around it, should i get the police involved or go to the website that sold it to me. Do you have the webiste that it is because I dont anymore. These stealing companies must be closed down.

Please help me if you can.
