over charged two times
Was charged two times for diet pills, they said they will refund one time but have no record of second transaction. I have record of one being on the 19th of January and other on the 20th of January.

false charges
I ordered the acai berry trial and agreed to pay the shipping costs. I ordered from natural-acai-berry.com and the number is a non-working phone number. (1-800-278-3620) I would really like to know if anyone out there is having this same problem and I need help in cancelling my order. PLEASE HELP!!!

False Charges
I fell for their free trial for $1.00 and ended up getting $29.95 times 2 months taken out of my checking account. I called the bank to find out what it was and they gave me the 1-800 number to call and I'm still on hold right now. I've read a few of the other comments and seen that cancelling doesn't help so I'm going to call my bank back and stop payment on anymore of those that come through. This is a joke.

FRAUD!!
DO NOT ORDER FREE TRIAL!!! I ordered this free (yeah right) trial and was charged $3.95 plus .11 cents service charge twice on the same day 01/05/2009 and than on 01/20/2009 I was charged $2.61 service fee and $87.13 for another months supply I never got anything from them I found this #(866)-949-0188 disconnected!!! I put a stop payment on them and reported them to anyone and everone I could!!! I found another # which is long distance and was on hold forr 33 mins before I gave up now I'm out the charge for the long distance and replacement fee for a new debit card and have nothing to show for it SCAM SCAM!!!

My account charged after I cancelled and no product cancelled
After I ordered a free sample for only shipping charges my account was charged shipping and insurance charges. Then I cancelled product and my account was then charged for a month supply of product again without my permission and instructions to cancel. Product never came.

I asked for a trial sample and have now three charges from companies I don't know www.fit-fac.com for 29.95; www.zazzle.com for 91.39 and trialoffer for 89.31

Extra charge to acct. without permission
Slim Diet Acai Berry was given authorization to charge $4. They did this and then turned around and charged $89.97 to my account without authorization. I want this removed from my account.

Fraud
Free sample (we pay for shipping) then they continue to charge you and ship more and the toll free number to cancel is "not a working number"...nor is there any way to contact them via the website. COMPLETE FRAUD!

Unauthorized Enrollment
Applied for the free trial sample per the website. No where on the website did it say that I would automatically be enrolled for monthly refills and automatic withdrawals from my checking account. I contacted them right away when I saw that it came through, but nothing has been done to refund my money. I have not received another order since my initial call, so the full refund should be granted. I have tried call them several times but the phone call remains on hold. When I try to leave a message, the mailbox is full.
