I thought I was getting a free bottle of Pure Acai Berry products.
I did and I paid the initial sh & handling fees. as agreed w/cc.
But. since then they have taken a total of 167.60 @ 83.80 Dec. and
Jan. I demand my money back. NOW!!!

I ordered on-line a free sample S&H $3.95 of Acai Berry. But if I would have gone down to the bottom of the second page screen, I would have seen fine print. But since I was only ordering (I thought) a sample, I did not read that they would be deducting $44.95 from my bank account. They tell you $3.95 then take out more. It is theft, pure and simple. This is purely a scam.

The second time I went on the site after I found out they took that money from my account, I saw the paragraph, and also saw that Pennsylvania was not even listed on the state dropdown menu.

I phoned the number they gave to cancel, and get a refund, but they never answer. The second number you call disappears from your screen on the phone, and does not connect.

I ordered Acai Berry, free sample and paid shipping. I immediately found reports of fraud. I never received the product and called to cancel. They canceled the account no problem. Few days later I got two bottles of the free product in the mail. I also got something called Total Cleanse. I apparently paid shipping and handling on this product as well.

Problem: I never ordered this, I didn't even know who they were. Thanksgiving long weekend came and they quickly charged my account $84.79. I requested new card from my Bank. Christmas came and I had a bad feeling. Sure enough, when I checked, they quickly pulled off another $84.79. They also sent me a product this time, which is in its original package. I have invoices, where phone numbers are never listed.

Please contact, if classaction lawsuit is filed.

I ordered the Acai Berry Free Trial. I recieved the product only to become extremely ill from using it. I called the company to complain and cancel any further orders (as recommended by a friend of mine who was charged WEEKLY, $87.98 for the product)Upon calling Customer service, I was promptly told not once, not twice, but THREE times in a row, 'our systems are down, call back later. Only to be hung up on with no further discussion. I called back a fourth time, and was placed on hold for 35 mins. Then when a rep answered, I asked immediately to speak with a supervisor. She (Eve) told me that their supervisor was busy and asked if she could assist me. I immediately said, 'Why, so you can hang up on me too?' she assured me that she would do no such thing, and that no one should have done that in the first place. She took care of everything, told me to mail the new product *that had already been mailed and charged* back to them and with-in 24-48 hrs after the product was recieved by the company I would receive a full refund. I did as asked. Was given a confirmation number, to write on the package. I paid for shipping and a tracking number! I tracked the package. It was received by the company, and I waited for the refund. After 4 days I had still not been credited for my return. I called the company and they assured me that the refund was processing. Still nothing.

This company needs to be put out of business!!! Their products made me sick, and they still refuse to do anything about it! Had they actually worked. I MAY have considered continuing the product! They did nothing and caused me severe stomache pains to boot!
If someone is filing a Class action suit against this company, I want in.. I also know of a friend who would love to join in as well! Please contact me if there is anything going on for this!
