I too have been ripped off--not only once, but twice!! They have charged my credit card for 2 months in a row, and I have never received the product! I don't have the option to change cards, as this is a business card that is on file with a number of companies I do business with! These people have to be stopped!!

I ORDERED A FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI BERRY ON LINE.
WHEN I RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL ENCLOSED WAS A SMALL PIECE OF PAPER, AND I MEAN SMALL ABOUT 4 INCHES BY 4 INCHES STATING THAT MY CARD WOULD BE BILLED $89.00.
I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE PAPER AND ASKED WHERE I COULD RETURN THIS FREE SAMPLE AND THAT I DID NOT WANT TO BE BILLED FOR IT.
THE LADY TOLD ME I COULD KEEP THE SAMPLE AND THAT MY CARD WOULD NOT BE BILLED.
TODAY 1/1/09 WHILE CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT ON LINE- I NOTICED A CHARGE TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR $29.95
PAID TO WWW.FIT.FAC.COM. I PAID A SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE- AND I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS CHARGE. THIS IS FRAUDULENT!
I WILL BE NOTIFING MY BANK.

Company charges $75.00 per mo without permission after people
send for sample...I tossed mine as I can not use this stuff I am allergic to
some of these things that almost killed people

i ordered a free trial it took weeks i canceled before i recv item i am still recv packages and being billed. please help me to cancel charges

These guys are a rip off. They charge for something that you never recieve and then keep on taking your money without authorization. I am going to sue them and alltheir affiliates. The bank is on my side.
