I found this website online while doin a search for colon cleanse. It offered a FREE trial if I only paid shipping and handelingof $3.95. A few weeks after they charge the shipping and handeling they charge your account $87.13. I called this number 1-866-949-0138 and was placed on hold after a while a kind man named "Kyle" answered. I explained what happened, he stated that after the 14 ay trial if you do not cancel your subscription with them that they continue to charge your account. So I cancelled my subscription. The problem and inconvience for me is that I ordered this product on the 8th of December and did not recieve it until the 29th of December and they charged my acount on the 26th. I have not even opened the bottle ad tried it. So my suggestions, DO NOT order online, order by phone and let them know you only want the FREE botle and cancel your further subscriptions then so your account will not be charged.

PROBLEM IS SHE DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL BASIS, LET ALONE THE MONTHLY ONE

ACAI BERRY REFUSES TO TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE TO TRY TO GET THEM TO EXPLAIN HOW THEY CAN DO THIS.

A FRAUDULENT EMAIL WAS USED IN REGARDS TO MY DAUGHTER

WE WENT TO THE BANK AND WAS ABLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT THERE WITH THEM. UNFORTUANTELY, THEY CAN ONLY GO BACK 60 DAYS. WE ARE AWAITING THE PAPERWORK FROM THE BANK TO RECOUP SOME OF HER MONEY

IF THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT HAVE CONTACTED ANY STATE, FEDERAL AGENCY PLEASE POST SO THAT WE CAN ADD OUR NAME TO THIS COMPANY.

FOR THOSE WISEGUYS WHO STATE TO READ THE FINE PRINT, IT WOULD BE WONDERFUL, IF ONLY THE PRODUCT WAS ORDERED BY THE AUTHORIZED USER.

I, like everyone else in the complaints, was charged for shipping and handling with my credit card for a "sample" of Acai berry. I did not receive the sample until I was on the road travleing for my job. When I returned and found a shipment of the product and a charge for over $80 to my bank account, I called them and told them I had been out of town and they said too bad, they are able to send it out and charge you for it to the account you charged the shipping and handling to and there is nothing you can do to get a refund.

Then a few days later I noticed an odd $8.51 charge to my bank account. I called the number the was attached to the transaction and got Price Limbo. I had never heard of them and had no clue what they were doing charging my account. Apparently when you sign up for the SAMPLE with Acai Berry, you are also signing your life away. Every month they have charged my account $8.51, I have called and they have told me they have cancelled my account and are sending a refund. Every month around the 29th through 1st of the month, there is another charge of $8.51. I make another call and receive the same information. Today I called and was pretty much blown off as usual with a "confirmation number" of the cancellation and the promise of a full refund of $8.51 for the months Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec. I asked when I should expect it and she, "Jen, " told me 3 to 5 days I should see it in my account, at lesat by January 2. I am going to have to get a totally new debit card in order to make it where they can no longer charge my account monthly. I am anxiously awaiting the refund and no further charges.

The above charges appeared on my CC after I called to inquire about a free trial of Acai Berry and was told that my CC would be charged only 2.00 for shipping for the FREE product. I asked if I'm going to be billed in the future and was told NO.

I noticed a charge for 12.99 for a shipment and immediately called to asked that they canceled any future shipment and that I was not interested in their product. This never happeded I guess.

They are just a RIPOFF and should not be in business.

I was foolish enough to order the free sample product of acai berry product for a shipping charge of $4.99. I did not read everything at first, my mistake. When I did read it within minutes of my purchase, I found I would be chaged $87 if not cancelled in 14 days, so I immediately called and cancelled my order, I spoke with Justin, he gave me my cancellation number. Much to my dismay on the 26th I was charged $ 4.99 for S&H, and low and behold there was another charge for $3.95 from a company for Lipaphen 2 days earlier. I called right away, spoke with Ronald who was no help at all. After asking to speak with the supervisor, who I was told numerous amounts of time was too busy to talk to me, I refused to hang up until I spoke with her. Nisha refused to refund the entire amount and would only give me $3.00 back. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card immediately, informing them of the other charge. I then looked up the other company and found when I called them that I was charged that $3.95 for the same product as the $4.99 was for. Spoke with Abby, she then agreed to refund both ammounts to me. If anyone has problems with the acai berry shipping and handling charges call this number 954-699-0814. They are the same company, charging people twice for one product. Abby was very helpful, and she also spoke english. I hope this helps other people before they get burned. Please cancel the card that you used before they have a chance to charge for more items. Your bank or credit card company will do this for you at no charge to you.
