I got a FREE trial offer. I did not order anymore products, but got them anyway witha $94.57 charge to my credit card. I have tried all day long to reach this company and they will not answer. I have filed a disputed charge with my credit card provider. This company is a scam.

I ordered the sample product. the ingredients are literally: white tea, wild mustard (acai) and "proprietary blend". that's it!
Acai is a wild mustard the homeopathic name is on the label as "Euterpe Oleracea" 4:1 (fruit)
It will give you diarrhea, the proprietary blend in health food stores is sold to regulate sugar. the white tea, well, lets face it. I'm not
paying 88.62 for this snake oil!
they charged my credit card $88.62 without my permission and no way to contact them to say, i don't want your crappy product, plus there is no return address toto make a return too and there is no way to reach those people. they get your credit card number and you pay shipping for the sample and its all a scam.
if you call during business hours, 9am to 6pm monday to friday, no one answers the phone. it remains busy all day. until the end of the business day.

these people are really beyond rotten thieves.
I want them to burn in hell. God only knows what really is in those pills. Maybe the FDA should check them out and shut them down and fine the living hell out of them.

I ordered the free product after seeing that Rachel Ray and Oprah Winfrey had used the product and backed it, once I received the free trial and tried it, it gave me horrific headaches. I did not pay attention to the small print which is where they got me. They charged my credit card for a product that I did not order nor received and when I had my credit card company cancel the charge I finally received an email stating that they were shipping my order (that I did not place). I guess they were hoping I would not notice the charges. They give you a phone number to call to cancel any future orders but it is funny how no one seems to be there even during the times that they tell you to call!!! Then you try the live chat and it states no one is available at that moment! It is very difficult to contact them to cancel any future orders, my only other option would be to state I lost my credit card and have them cancel it and send a new one with a new number so they can't charge me again, I guess I have to play their game!

Signed up for a free sample and authorized charges of 3.95 and got charged that amount plus a 29.95 charge that was not authorized.

I ordered this product on the advertized "Trial Basis" and like many others received the product about 10 days later. The "Trial" period was up in 14 days and then I noticed two charges of $87.13 to my debit account. When ordering, the first time I had hit send on the website it said my order could not be completed so I tried again and am was charged twice. Also When I tried to cancel the (since it is a recurring order) I could not get through to the number on the website or the number on the bottle. I got a sound similar to a fax machine and then on the second number a recorded voice kept coming on saying, "If you'd like to make a call, hang up and try again." I tried a third number that I found and got through to someone who sounded like they were in New Dehli, he said he would cancel my order andgave me a cancellation number. When I asked him his name he said it was "Jim". Finally I had to call my bank and cancel/block any future transactions from this company. I also cancelled my debit card and was re-issued one with an entirely different number. The bank assured me that by doing so, if the company tried to charge me again it would not go through.
