I ORDERED THE FREE TRIAL AND BEFORE I COULD GET ANY RESULTS FROM THE PRODUCT AND DECIDE IF I WANTED MORE OF THE PRODUCT MORE WAS SHIPPED AND CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD CAUSING OVER THE LIMIT CHARGES. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL. THE SAID NO REFUNDS AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD. THE PRODUCT SAYS IT IT RICE, FLOUR MAGNESIUM, AND STEARATE IN FINE PRINT. I CAN'T TOLERATE RICE ON MY STOMACH THIS STUFF MAKES ME SICK. AND I AM STUCK WITH THE PRODUCT. BUT I AM NOT THROUGH YOU ALL WILL HEAR FROM ME AGAIN.

I feel so stupid for being duped into "A Trial Offer". What a RIP-OFF, AND SCAM. I tried to contact the company, everytime I called I was put on hold, then after a few moments the line would hang up.
I contacted my bank and changed my card number, and was also given a credit against them.
I will continue to pursue this, even if I have to pursue legal matters. THEY ARE CROOKS AND NEED TO BE STOPPED

credit card charges
If anyone has this phone number, please pass it on to me. They scam us with a sample bottle and within 4 days I received another bottle which was not ordered and charged my credit card!!! Is there something we can do about this? Maybe closing this credit card account so they will not be able to use it anymore. This company needs to stop. The way things are right now, people do not need to deal with this.

Acai Berry. I was told to canacel with in 15 days but the you can not get thru
on that #. On the internet there are alot of complaints that this is a scam.
Well I got Scamed also.

unauthorized billing and order
i never ordered this product my credit card was charged 86.88 for this product acai berry it was posted to my account dec. 17 2008 NEVER authorized i did order a trail of bromalite on the 3 rd of december but never recieved it only having to pay shipping . i have a nother charge on my credit card for wuyi pixie tea for 45.37 which i didn't authorize and also another unathorized charge for XFactor supplement what ever that is which i didn't authorize. i have cancelled my credit card and hopefully other people won't fall victim to this scam. i can't believe this acai berry was endorsed on a rather popular talk show. All atempts to call or email these people do not work as they don't answer or return calls or emails.

BUYER BEWARE IS CORRECT WITH THIS "COMPANY". I HAVE THE FEELING WE ARE DEALING WITH 2 PEOPLE WORKING OUT OF THEIR APARTMENT. I TOO, HAVE BEEN DUPPED INTO TRUSTING I COULD TRY THE PRODUCT, GIVE MORE THAN ENOUGH NOTICE TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER AUTO SHIPMENTS AND NOT HAVE THEM WITHDRAW FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. GUESS AGAIN. THEY ARE READY WITH THE EXCUSES, BUT SHORT ON PERFORMANCE. I WILL BE STARTING ACTION WITH THE MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE MINNESOTA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, THE "TERMS" OF THE AGREEMENT WEREN'T AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER THE PURCHASE IS MADE FOR THE INITIAL TRIAL SUPPLEMENT. I DON'T EXPECT ANY RESULTS...SO LESSON LEARNED.

Fraud
I had ordered a sample of this product on line where they were advertising free product for shipping only. No where in the add was there a statement that they would ship this product automatically each month which they have and are trying to charge me $80 plus dollars. they also did this to my wife who also ordered the sample. She was successful in stopping the payment but this should not have been neccessary because she too never agreed to a monthly shipment.
Since this has happened to us we have learned just how big a scam this is. is there anything that can be done to stop this? It seems that it would be mail fraud since they are doing this without the permission of the person they are shipping to.

unauthorized charges
The "FREE TRIAL OFFER" minus S&H isn't Free. I was billed $89 after 2 weeks and then another charge for some magazine called "FIT AND FACT" was dupe charged to my credit card too. They said it was in connection with my Acai Berry order. No offer was made to refund this back to me. My suggestion to anyone out there thinking about the Acai Berry remedy to weight loss...go to your health food store and deal directly with a someone who knows what their talking about.
