This will take you to a members area where you will put in your email address and then click to get your password. The password will come into your email and will be a long string of numbers (at least mine was). If you use this you will get into your information on the website.

I tried to change the qty ordered to 0 but that didn't work. I did input a request to cancel in the customer service area but will also call them at 954-699-0814.

This company is a total scam. My friend & I both ordered a free trial sample only pay S & H. When we attempted to cancel with the phone number on the instruction it advised it was not a working number. I did some reach online and found that all numbers on record were not valid. There is also no way to contact the company via email. It was until a different phone showed on my credit card bill that I was able to speak to someone who of course agreed to cancel the product after it had already billed and shipped and they do not accept returns. I am disputing this charge with my credit card because they will contact the merchant on my behalf. If this has happened to you call your credit card too.

BUYER BEWARE!! I recently ordered free trial sample of Acai Berry Tablets and agreed to pay minal charge for shipping & handling (aprox. $2.00). Then I noticed recurring monthly charge, for last two months, in the amount of $89.31.
There was no "fine print" in the online add that mentioned signing up for a membership or a recurring fee - believe me - I looked. The only thing I ordered was a 1-time, trial sample ONLY!

The company's phone number places you on eternal hold, then a recorded message tells you to call back between 6:30 - 9:30 pm, MST to speak to a representative. I WILL be calling tonight & have cancelled my credit card to avoid any future charges. What a hassle to stop an erroneous charge to my bank account!

I was told that the shipping was 3.95 for 14 day trial. I called on 12/09/08 to let them know that product was not received & asked that the membership be cancelled. I was assured that the monies would not be deducted from my account. I checked my account 6 days later & 87.13 was deducted. I called 866.949.0138 & spoke with 2 people who indicated that membership was cancelled & refund should be done in 24-48 hours with a confirmation email being sent to let us know. Of course, no email has been received & I'm now getting the run around about getting our money back. I will be working with my bank to get the money back. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Fort Lauderdale. I would hope there is a way to get rid of the company before others are scammed.

I have tried to cancel shipments of this product to me with no response from the business. I don, t want this product, & it doesn't work for me. They are charging me $8o.00 a month & won't stop!!!
