FRAUD
There is no phone number or address available for this company. I responded to a free trial offer; shipping of $4.99. However, this company billed me $87.13! There is no means to contact them. I have filed a fraud alert on my account and closed down this credit card. Please contact me.

FUTURE ORDERS
I ONLY WANTED TO TRY IT. I CALLED AND CANCELLED ANY FUTURE ORDERS PER DOCTORS ORDERS AND THEY TOOK OUT A LARGE AMOUNT FROM MY DEBIT CARD AND NOW I AM OVERDRAWN OVER $88.00. I NEED YOU TO REVERSE THAT TODAY 12/8/08 ASAP AS I WILL BE CHARGED ANOTHER $35.00 BANK CHARGE. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYMORE PRODUCTS.

I feel it is awful that the same company is getting complaints and nothing is being done about it. I just want my money back that was stolen from me. Very Unhappy!

Credit Card Charge
Charged $78.33 on my credit card after I requested a free sample. I want this charge reversed immediately or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau.

I finally talked with someone on the live cha after aiting 30 minutes or so. she cancelled my order, sent me a confirmation email and ave me a working number 1-866-730-8746. good luck!!!

No Answer
I ordered the free trial 5.95 of the Acai Berry. When I tried to call and cancel I can't get through 1-866-938-4832. I emailed them and got no response and I tried to do the live chat, that didn't work either.

Unauthorized charges
I had placed an order for the free trial offer (shipping and handling only). I have yet to receive the product and now find that I have been charged $29.95 for some unknown reason. I wonder if Oprah is aware of this scam her show is endorsing?

acai berry company you are rip off merchants, there are hundreds of disappointed people you seem to have ripped off,
and i am one of those people. I want to cancel my duped subscription, how am i to do this when the cancel .com site does not exist.

Cannot cancel subsciption
I have tried now three times to cancel this subscription for Acai Berry dietery products. My Doctor has informed me not to take this due to my heart condition. I even cancelled the credit card that this was automatically being invoiced to. All they have done is transferred the billing to another card in my name. I have almost a years supply of this crap and cannot use it. I would like to file a law suit against these people if I can find out how to get hold of them. Actually, I would rather shoot the dirty bastards and call it even!
