My husband was ordering a "free trial" and was charged two 86.93 charges. Sent the product back to the address provided but was given the wrong address so now they wont refund us the $86.93. Do not fall for this scam. They are a bunch of crooks

when i signed up on that promo it says that free for first timer, why now it was deducted on my account 606.18 dkk again and its only says that i pay 3euro and its been deducted right after i signed in...its too much that you deducted again oin my account, its not fair at all...thanks and hope you will return my money back because i only ordered once and it was the free trail and it cost only 3euro...thanks

I orded the FREE 30 day diet bills. All I was suppose to pay was $1.99 for s/h they have taken it upon themselves to withdraw at will any amount they choose even up to twice a day. As of today they have stolen $162.77 out of my account for a $1.99 shipping/handling. When I called they gave me a hard time in the beginning they had NO record of my initial transaction, but after several calls of giving them my information they magically found me in the system. I informed the idiot ladylast that was talking to me while her upervisor was coaching her whom I coud hear that the ad I responded to said NOTHING about this so call 15day trial. I even saved a copy of the ad to my computer & once I told her I would be more than willing to send her a copy along with my attorney they offered to refund my money & place me on a fradulent list to prohibit me from ordering ANYTHING else online from any other company. They stole from me & I'm the fradulent one. Right!!! As of today my funds have not been returned & the amount has increased by another $3.66. I have blocked that company from making charges to my account. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered the free trail online and agreed to pay S&H charge of $3.95, I recieved a call from a represenitive and agreed to pay $29.95 after my free trail if i did'nt cancel. I received Aci Berry on Oct.17 2009 and I cancelled on Nov. 27 2009 due to my dr. advise. At this time I spoke to Casandra and she canceled my order and promised me no other charges would be charged, on Dec. 2 2009 I was charged $29.95. I called to complain and was told by Osha thatthe charge was from the order in Oct. and that the free trail was not listed on my account, and that it never showed up that I had registered online for the free trail offer-I ask her if it never showed up then where did the representive that called get my telephone number then she said offline!!!, but she just said that there was nothing online showing that i had registered----this is a big rep-off, and I exspect to take this is far as i can...
