BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried to order the Acai Berry trail and once I hit the submit button in the fine print I was told that I would be charged 81.95 every month and then I would have to pay 29.95 to a company called fit factory I never even heard of this company and then there was a company called pricelimbo that I would have to pay 8.95 to everymonth I called and they left me on hold for over 45min thought i would hang up NOPE didnt happen I stayed on the phone I called all frreakn day from 7:00am until 3:30 until i got results... I went from calling every number on the website and finally once I told them that I was contacting my attorney and the better business burea then and only then did i start to get results but they still gave me the freakn run around and every number that they gave me was to the same number that I had called already... DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM go to GNC they have the same product different name but you get the same results. I have contacted the better business bureau and an investigator and attorney I would rather pay an attorney then to get scamed out of the money they were trying to get ACAI BERRY IS A SCAM and if Oprah has anything to do with this company then her AZZ should be ashame as well. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

sending orders not ordered
I ordered the free sample then in about 2 weeks I get a large bottle and no explanation or anything in the bag so I thought it was free also. Then in 3 weeks here comes another one. I have 4 bottles they have sent me without ordering and charging my debit card. When I call I get a recording and there is no address anywhere. I want my money back. To be charged $79.76 four times is a lot of money.

Unautorized charges: Contact phone number
This is a huge SCAM!!! I ordered the FREE trial (which it is NOT!). When I saw unautorized charges on my account I tried calling Acai berry. After several phone calls Acai berry had re-directed me to 6 FAKE PHONE NUMBERS!!! They were all either disconnected or the wrong number! After I told them I wanted to cancel my account they blocked my number from being able to call back. Now when I try to reach a Rep the phone automatically DISCONNECTS ME! I had to call from another phone and then they tried telling me it was an accident due to their updates. BS! Then why did my call go through when I called from another number? I had to call my bank account and CANCEL MY CARD! If anyone needs it, the ONLY CONTACT FOR ACAI BERRY IS: 1-877-350-8480...but remember...you only get one shot with them and then they will block your number. So make sure you CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT with the person on the phone before they try to transfer you to someone else or re-direct your call! I am disputing the charges through my Bank. If anyone else has some ideas; THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED! PLEASE HELP. I DONT KNOW HOW...BUT THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING WE CAN DO!

cant get through to them on phone and the address is not valid
I ordered a trial slimming product called acai berry over the Internet for £2.75 plus £1 shipping, when i got the product i read the letter that came with it and it stated, that unless i cancel my credit card they will automatically charge me $89 and thirty one cents every 31 days for a new supply of Acai berry, as i don't want any more of this product i tried to phone the number on the letter but no one is answering the phone, a friend told me Florida are 6 hours behind the uk so i stayed up last night and from one in the morning i must have phoned them 20 times but still no one is answering the phone. I need to cancel my credit card as i cannot afford this product and i am getting very upset as my bank has told me they cant do anything about it

Unauthorized charges
I ordered this product and THANK GOODNESS I googled information about it afterwards. The phone number is fake. They say they will ship you the Acai Berry Supreme free trial within a couple of weeks but they never do. Then, under their terms & conditions, they say they will begin charging your card over $100 a month for the product unless you cancel. It's impossible to cancel.
I had to cancel my cc and was lucky enough to get that done before they began charging me for bottles of something they never send.
Please avoid this site and I'm sure there are many more like it! Be careful!!
