NEVER RECIEVED & CANNOT CONTAC T THEM
I don't know what to do and cannot get in touch with anyone re the following; any help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot get oin touch with Acai Berry period. Need contact info that works.
I sent in for the trial of Acai Berry and I have not received it yet. The terms, etc. state that I have to return it by NOVEMBER 12TH and call the 866-938-4832 number to return or questions.
1. I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE TRIAL ORDER PRODUCTS YET AND AM SUPOPSED TO RETURN 2 DAYS FROM NOW; I CANNOT RETURN SOMETHING I HAVEN’T EVEN TRIED.
2. THE NUMBER YOU GAVE OUT TO CALL ABOVE, IS CONSTANTLY BUSY, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO YOU.
IF YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL PRICE, I WILL SUE YOU AS YOU HAVE NOT SENT ME ANYTHING.

Unauthorized Charges
Out of the blue I received a charge of $4.51 on my card. There is no explanation nor did I request any products. I cancelled an order over a month ago with a live agent and thought I was finished with this. There is no way Oprah or the Today Show would endorse this type of activity. Acai Berry doesnt even work. Don't be fooled by the low cost introductory offer. They continue billing you at their own discdretion.

Rip-off scam
This is a terrible scam. They offer you a trial period bottle of acai berry all natural cleansins formula pills and you pay shipping and handling cost of 5.95 and if you cancel within 14 days you won't be mailed anymore and you won't be charged $88 every month. However, the number does not work for you to cancel so they charge your card $88 and$5.95 shipping each month. The guys doing this don't have a heart or any consideration for the economic hardship of others and their families. I have a 10, 2 and 1 year old and I am not working at this time. I hope these people get seriously punished for this.

empty package
I ORDERED A FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI BERRY WITH THE AGREEMENT TO PAY SHIPPING & HANDLING OF $5.95 WHICH I DID WITH MY CREDIT CARD. I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE EMPTY, ALL IT CONTAINED WAS THE ORDER SUIMMERY. THE PACKAGE WAS NOT TAMPERED WITH, IT WAS SEALED!

didn't receive product and name was given to other sites
A fee was charged my card for shipping of an alleged free sample of acai berry. I never received it and my name was given to other sites which I had to cancel a charge for 29.95 for a free trial I did not authorize

money stolen out of my account
I saw the ad on Facebook for Acai berry for a free trial, just need to pay shipping and handling. I paid the shipping and handling online with my bank card and was charged $4.87. I haven't rcvd the product which was a week and a half ago. Went online to check my bank account this morning and I had a charge from a OH Thorton for $78.33 which I never approved this or even knew what it was for. I had to go to my bank and fill out fraud report on my card and cut up my cash card. I don't know if I will even get this money back. This company is a huge SCAM!!! They take money out of your account without authorization.

Cannot cancel product
Can anyone give me any suggestions about cancelling this product? The company never answers the phone, or phone line is busy, or phone line clicks off. Is their an alternate number to cancel before I am charge monthly? I called the better business bureau and notified my bank, what should I do? Thanks

Unauthorized Charges
I orderd the free sample of Acai Berry for $3.95 which I never recieved, and 7 days later I have 2 charges of $29.95. So I contacted the Shipping company got my Refund for the $3.95 then I asked them to give me the Number for the company that was charging me which was called (Fit Company) called them and got a Refund for both charges. The Number that your bank has is not a working number so you have to go through the shipping company. It took me about 1 1/2 hrs on hold and going back and forth from the bank to the Fit Company but I got my Money back.

Nubodi
I have done what i see others have, ordered a sample of Acai Berry 500 for the shipping and handling of $4.95 on my credit card and I tried to contact Nubodi to inquire about it, and I can't get in touch with anyone. So I go to check out the website and come across this board of complaints! I think something should be done about this! Its fraud!
