I ordered a sample product for $4.50 plus shipping and later discovered that my credit card will be billed an additional $39.99 to become a member or some nonsense however I dont want to become a member and only wanted the sample ONLY. I had to cancel my credit card and order another one. This is illegal and this company needs to be put out of business because the phone numbers they give you to call dont work. I waited on the phone for 54 minutes because the prompt said too and when the time elapsed the phone had a busy signal so all that time was for nothing and I also sent them an email to cancel my account and I never received a confirmation email. How can this so called company get away with this?

I signed up for a Free Trail of the Acai Berry Flush The Third Week Of October. The more I thought about it the More Uncomfortable I felt cause I had never ordered anything On-Line! So I call a few days later telling them I want to cancel. The Man on the phone said I COULD NOT cancel and I had to wait closer to the end of my Free Trail!

He Even offered to give me another 2 weeks, and another FREE bottle!

I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT!

Then Yesterday I received a Charge on my Credit Card for $29.95 from Fit Factory. This Charge was NOT approved by me. I called the number I found for the Company, and DEMANDED a refund, as I also informed them that I reported their Company to the BBB and to the IC3.

I still have no Refund!

I received a call Last night 11/4/08 from yet ANOTHER company WITH my CC# offering me a Free Trial and a Free $40.00 Gas Card. And then telling me I have to cancel by said date or I would be charged $29.95 for my membership which I NEVER signed up for!

I did contact the BBB and the IC3... I think Everyone Involved with this company should!

To Whom it may concern:
I only ordered the free sample, agreed only to pay shipping. We go the New jersey Shore for the summer, I returned home the midddle of September, I did not check my mail. I am now working for an Attorney, I have explained to him my problem. This is a scam. I am a senior citizen, I am taking this problem to our state senator, asking for his advice. Please return my money, or I will have to take legal action.

I order a free trial and just was supposed to pay shipping. When I received the product in the mail, they had added extra products that weren't requested as a way to "explain" their charges that weren't not mentioned or authorized. They charged my bank account 44.85. When you call them, you will get an automated response telling you that you can email them at "customer support". You cannot return the product without an "authorized numer" from customer support. But their is no way to get in touch with this so-called customer support. They again charged my account another 39.95 twenty-five days later, out of the blue. They have a new recording now that says they are experiencing "unusually high call volumes" and will tell you that your "approximate wait time is 45 minutes", just to get you to hang up. They WILL NOT respond to you via email or any other way. You are just at these thieves' mercy to continue to charge you.

When I order my FREE request of Acai Berry Free Trial size as I was closing the page I saw where your company has automatically signed me up for two additional bottles of something that I do not want for $9.99 each. Please credit my account as soon as possible I DO NOT want these additional bottles.
