i ordered a sample of arci berry and was told i'd pay 3.95 for shipping . nothing else. they billed my credit card for 89.31
i ordered a small bottle of acai berry and they told me that i would only pay 3.95 for shipping and handling for a sample bottle to try. today i looked on my on line statement and they billed me for $89.31. i called and explained to them i didn't order anything else and i got billed for 89.31 and i wanted it taken off my credit card and he said he couldn't do that . i said i want to talk to your supervisor he said he was the supervisor and hung up on me. I'm calling my credit card company to get it taken off my statement and let them deal with them.
this is a scam.

unathorized charge of $44.85 on my credit card
ordered free trial to pay only for shipping and handling .credit card was charged $44.85 on 9/14/08.not authorized.never received product .tried to call but was connected to answering machine .ripped off . want my money back.

Charge for product I did not order
I ordered a sample for $4.95, two weeks later I saw a $79.76 charge on my statement or something I didn't order or receive. called my bank & notified Acai that I wasn't paying for something I never ordered. They removed charge. Today I see a charge for $5.87 for who knowswhat. Called the # & recording says you will be on hold for about 45 min. I would like this cleared up so I don't get any more charges from this company. Thank you.

I did not order these pills nor did I receive any but I have noticed that my bank card has been charged more than once.I will investigate this further and contact the proper authorities. I tried to cancel this and call to complain and have still not talked to a person...I'm pissed!

charged my account without my knowledge. I only ordered the free sample for ten days
I received free samples of a variety of diet supplements. I paid the shipping and they sent the sample. Samples arrived quickly in unmarked envelope with no information at all and no return address. The next thing I know is I am being charged each month for each product, how can I get my money back and stop this process. This was advertised online with Oraph's name attached. Thank-you

unauthorized charges
i am being charged for unauthorized purchases. i did not receive the sample trial but was charged 4.87 8/23/08. then charged 74.76 9/3/08. and now again 5.87. i do not appreciate this type of business and to date have not received any products refund all my $$$

unauthorized charges to my credit card
i ordered a free sample from EN performanceHealth and then got my credit card bill an had charges of79.76 for something i did not order. The sample was Acai Berry. I cann ot pay this bill, and my credit card is investigating this for me. Where can I turn to, to stop this company to stop this.they have a teleophone listed and when you call, they tell you have a 45 minute wait. someone please help me.

Scam charges
Saw this message while i was on one of the emails i got and it said to order free sample for 4.99 shipping and handling charges only. Well next thing you know their charging my bank card for 59.99 saying their sending me acai powder which i never ordered nor did i receive. This company is a total fake, ripoff do not i repeat do not order anything from them even if they say it is a free sample. Thank god my bank called them for me with 3 way calling and convinced them to refund the money or they were going to have to investigate the charges and would be giving them a charge back which they did not want. I was issued a new card by my bank and they can no longer rip me off.please beware!!!
