cancelled order-charged account again
I recently had a charge to my account by one of the 2 company's. I contacted them on the first charge which was on feb 12 2010, and had my bank dispute and sent to fraud. then on the 19th of feb contact the place where the vitamens were sent from which was the fulfillment center in delaware, spoke to the un english lady that was suppose to credit my account back from the first charge, after 20 long minuits of me demanding said for me to send the vitamens back, on that same day of the call with the lady she had my account charged again. i will be calling them again, god help them this time i will have law enforcement of the town of delaware and the better buisness beuror on them fast if my account dont get credit back the amount they have taken from me in the same month. they will never loose my tone of voice what so ever after this if my money does not get returned all 88.74 times 2. hope they enjoy there buisness for this day, cause i will have them shut down. and for scamming everyone else they have damaged.

False Advertising
I signed up for a free trial of Acai-berry diet product. I was not satisfied with the product and called the company to cancel within the 21 day trial period . My credit card continues to be charged . I called the company and was told that the product needed to be sent back in order not to be charged. This was not made clear in the advertisement. I have thrown the product away. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that no one was available.

charged 87.00 for Acai Berry that I did not order. SImply tried free trial and found charges on my credit card that were not authorized

Unauthorized charges
I signed up for a free trial of Acai-Berry, which I did recieve and was charged only for the shipping. One month later I have a credit card charge of $85.00 for more product that I did not ask for.

79.96 cHARGE
I ordered a free sample of the acai-berry for a 4.99 free trial. I never received the sample and when I got my credit card bill I was charged $79.96. I have since disputed the charge and have turned all the negative complaints I can over to the credit card company. I never authorized the company...

Natures-ACAI charged my credit card account, without my authorization or ordering anything also I did not receive the free product I ordered. What a rip, I will be notifiying my credit card company.

extra charges 69.95
I ordered the free bottle of acai berry for 5.95 since then I received another bottle that had no invoice telling me what I was charged and most of all a order no. that you need to cancel this company from charging you every time they feel like shipping you another bottle, and you can not return these bottles once they have been shipped that is what it says in their terms.I am disgusted at what these company's can get by with.
