Ordered trial products but cancelled online and over the phone after 2 weeks. For over 5 months I have called and emailed to cancel these two products but to no avail, I even have the confirmation numbers to prove that I cancelled but the customer service reps always say the same thing "I'm sorry m'am, there is no record of your cancelling the product".

This is a scam and it's forcing me to close my checking account because they are allowed to get away with this kind of business. Karma can suck AWR, watch out.
