unauthorized charges
company has been withdrawing money from my credit card account, I ordered "free" products and was only supposed to be charged $1.99, and 99cents for the other and they have charged my account over $200. They are a fraud and they are pulling a scam on people, they need to be stopped immediately!!! I have cancelled in less than 15 days never received any product except for the "free" products, which I have returned and they are continuing to charge my account. I have had to close out my account due to this fraud and scam that they are committing...

online order/no product recd & chrged
never recd a product charged twice & try to cancel, can never reach anyone get some crazy recording tht just hangs up on you. Rip off & these people should be prosecuted!!!

Ripped off 87.13
I ordered this product for a free trial and I also never got the product and called them about it and they still charged me 87.13. I call them everyday to get my money back and all I get is BS. Who else should I file with?

Fraud/Scam
Product advertised as a free trial, just pay shipping ($4.95), and cancel if you don't like. What happens is in the fine print, you have 14 days from the date of the order to return the product. Personal experience was received product 13 days after order, others quoting longer timeframes.
So if you don't like the product, there is no physical way short of driving to Illinois and throwing through the front door the product.
Now the fun part. If you don't return the product within the 14 day period you get billed an additional $78.81.
Would be all that bad, but Mastercard/Visa are refusing to reverse charges under the legal terms of this companies online agreements. They, (Mastercard/Visa) have THOUSANDS of these complaints. They knew exactly who this company was, were very sorry about the whole deal, and understanding, but could not reverse the charges.
Personally I ended up changing banks over it, and will only use Paypal for online transactions anymore. If a purchase requires Mastercard or VISA instead of Debit, I will get cash and pay at stores.
What you can d0:
Complain here.
Complain to your states Attorney General.
Complain to the FCC, (Federal).
Complain to your bank if applicable.
Complain to Mastercard or Visa.
Change your spending habits and bank vendors based upon your experience.

beware of scam
They say it is a free sample, but if you don't return the product you will be charged $79.90. You do't have time to give it a good try. I hope they will get the return before being charged. Does not sound like a free sample to me.

i order one month supply and returned it as had a reaction to it and i have too been charged a 88.62 fee and cant get ahold of anyone at the company. I tried to cancelled it with navy federal but they said that they wll have to investigate it before they give the money back to me snce i ddnt authorized them to do that.. Im so mad especally snce t put my bank account negative and i got charged a over draft fee.

OOK...so i order my sample of the acai berry diet pill...no problem i say, website claims if i don't like it ..i can cancel at anytime and i have 15 days to cancel. ahh..but ..here's the catch...it's 15 days from the day YOU order your product...so...after reading a few complaints...and 89.31 dollars in charges some of the complainteee's had written about...i decided to cancel my bank card and get a new one before those morons charged ME...as for the canceling process..there isn't one...you can call the number they give you all day long..but you never get a real person...first you get a busy signal for hours...then if it's after hours you get the recording telling you the hours of operation...and a third try when you call DURING said hours of operation...you get yet another recording that puts you in an endless loop of "we'll be right with you " ...i'm just glad i got a new card in the nick of time...*whew*

charging for acai berry pills without authorization
I recently ordered a trial offer acai berry pills. The offer said it was free except for $1.85 s & h. Now I have a charge on my credit card for $41.85 which I did not authorize. I have not received anything in the mail and DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS PRODUCT. I did not realize that this is a scam to get me to pay a monthly amount. I want to cancel this order IMMEDIATELY. If this is not taken of immediately I will report your company to the Better Business Bureau.
Also please cancel any further pills, newsletters, etc.
