I called I ordered for a free 10 day trial, 11/27/2008- charges of shipping 5.95, I did read the terms and conditions, however I never received the product nor I did incur any charges for shipping. 12/15/2008-I get a charge on my debit for the amount of 69.95, ...My complaint is as many of you have I wanted my monies refunded today 12/15/2008
I called 800-278-3620, I spoke with 1st a customer service rep, who after listening to me repeatedly asked if I read the terms and conditions I said yes I did, BUT I have never received the product so how was I suppose to know if I wanted to continue or not, he tells me no I did not abide by the terms and conditions, my sample will be shipped to me in 2 days, I again say so how can you debit my account when I have not sampled the product . we went in circles this goes on for about 15 minutes he says it is the fault of USPS not the companies. OKAY next, I get to speak with supervisor "Dave Anderson", he reiterates the same bla bla bla.
okay 2nd verse same as the 1st. Now I am getting mad I am into the conversation now for 35 minutes. I ask to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for another 9minutes, manager "Neal Johnson" comes on line pretends he cant hear tells me my phone connections is bad, "YEAH RIGHT". He told me my account will be credited this week and even gave me a refund invoice tracking number. This after he berated me telling me I didn't follow the procedures, " TERMS and CONDITIONS which I did and would have had I received the product. I will post an update again at the end of this week if I received the credit or not. If not I will start a class action suit against this company for deceitful practices not only in my state but every single state they do business in
