This company advertised on its web site a free sample of the supplement Acai Berry for paying just the shipping. It does not state that you will be signing up for additional services at additional charges. However, within 15 days additional charges are posted against your credit card. Mine charges were the shipping @ $4.99 on 1.28.09 and $79.96 on 2.13.09. I tried to bring up the web site at www.natures-acai.com and found no web site and no way to contact this company. I started reading a complaint site and found a couple of 800 #'s . I called one and was assisted. The employee cancled all additional charges and stated I would receive a refund to my card for the $79.96 on my next card statement. The problem is with the company not letting you know you are signing up for additional programs at additional charges. This is very very wrong and needs to be addressed. I will never do business with this company. It makes it hard to trust any on-line company.

Got sucked in on the internet. Changed my mind. Returned the trial samples unopened. Don't have phone number. Then, received the autoship and am returning them unopened with letters. Haven't gotten my credit card yet but bet nothing has been removed. I can't believe that I dealt with such an unreputable company and probably won't get any satisfaction. I learned a hard lesson. Think both this supplement and the colon cleanse is a scam and when I sent items back I did get pay for confirmation of receipt of products. I will continue to return everything I receive in future. I enclosed letters with each return asking to please cancel AUTOSHIP and credit my credit card. Hope I have success. This is making me so mentally disturbed that I was so quick to respond to such a scam.
