Was not able to contact these people directly. Tried 866-442-2966 but it does not exist now. Tried 866-938-4832 and got some answering service that said they could cancel an order but I was not to sure they would really do it. Saw a different number on the charge to my master card. Called 877-907-0680, guess what, got the same answering out as before. Tried their chat line but 65 minute wait is not acceptable to me. Just told master card it was a bogus charge. Will see what comes about now.

Their website leads one to believe they would just ship a sample for free with no strings attached. My sample arrived very late. I did not realize I would be charge for a real order. This out fit stinks, just a small step away from being really phony.
