Acai Berry Supreme Reviews

Fraudulent company
This company advertising by sending e-mail. It has telephone number but you cannot contact by telephone. It will get you by telling you about free trial of its product and pay only by you credit card the shipping charges. You will receive by USPS shipping. In a few days you receive the product that outrageously overpriced and charge your bank account without your knowledge. You cannot contact it tact the company by phone because you will be cut off, no answer, dead phone, etc. There is price gouging. You cannot return the product. I made written complaint to the U.S. Attorney general but I was informed that it was referred to th fbi.

I ordered what they indicated as a free trial bottle of Acai Berry Supreme for only the $5.95 cost of the shipping on November 7, 2008 as order #750726. I did receive the product and used it; however, I did not experience any of the benefits it claimed for the product on its website, e.g., no weight loss, no increased energy, etc. On December 8, 2008, they charged my checking account $88.62 for the product. I made attempts with my credit union to dispute the charge but was told I would need to try to get in contact with the company, return the product and then come back to them. I was successful in getting through to the company by phone on December 12, 2008 to cancel my order, however, they would not give me a refund stating that they have a 15-day return policy which is stated on their website. They would not provide me a confirmation number for the cancellation, but stated that it would be sent to me in an e-mail at the e-mail address I provided: [email protected]. I never received that e-mail. I called them back again; January 8, 2009 and was told that my order had been cancelled. I requested a confirmation and was again told that it would be e-mailed to me. I still have not received an e-mail from them. Prepaid Legal sent Acai Berry Supreme a letter on my behalf, requesting a refund. Acai Berry Supreme wrote back on March 17, 2009 and sent a document showing that they had issued a credit to my account in the amount of $88.62. This credit, however, has never posted to my account. I've made several calls to Acai Berry Supreme in reference to the credit and basically have been given the runaround. To date (August 20, 2009), I have not received a credit to refund the money I paid for the product.

Charged for merchandise I never received
They claimed I order there diet supplement. I never received anything, but was billed $88.62 on my credit card.
Twice they agreed to remove the charges, once in December 2008 when I called and again in April 2009 when I called with the fraud department with my credit card, Capital One.
Have never received a credit from them.
Very nasty to talk to on the phone.

Refund
Returned product (via return receipt) and have not received my refund. Spoke with customer service and they said that it was processed 2-11-09. Have not received it -- unable to get any assistance from anyone -- very difficult to talk with customer service. Wait is long and most of the time, you are disconnected.

No product recieved but charged anyway
I orederd this supossed FREE trail with a $5.95 shipping and handling fee...well what a rip off! I NEVER recieved the package and yet they STILL charged me the FULL amount! I have yet to get my money back but I filed a report to the Better Buisness Bureau because they have been avoiding my calls lately. I dont recommend anyone try this scam! This is ridiculous!

Product sent/Charged against Credit card without my approval
Ordered the trial sample - received it but got no results from the product. Then received e-mail notice that another bottle of the product was being shipped although I did not order or request it. Called the number on the e-mail notice for customer service, was also advised that could go to www.mytrialsupport.com for assistance but could not get past the blogs. Operator took information for order number and customer number, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. and stated that I would be contacted in about an hour. Do no expect to be contacted or receive any further help other than be charged for something that is NO GOOD.

Scam! Unauthorized CC charges (here's how I put a stop to them AND got my $ back)
Like many others, I ordered the free trial of the Acai Berry Supreme, where I just agreed to pay the shipping. Obviously, what this company is doing is collecting your credit card information. I saw NO terms and conditions when I ordered the product, but honestly, I probably wouldn't have read them anyways. I received the product, but it took a long time, and the 15 day period would have already expired by the time I received it. I got an email telling me that my order had been put in queue and would be expedited shortly. I was like "What!?! I didn't order anything else!" The email only gave a link to "mytrialsupport.com" which led nowhere. So I called my bank and asked them to look on my account for any recent charges. There was a pending charge of $88.62. The phone number listed along with the charge went to the NATIONAL DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE!! Even the phone number was fraudulent! I let the bank know what happened and although they couldn't keep the charge from going through, they immediately CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD to that account AND ISSUED ME ANOTHER ONE, to prevent further charges. After all, it was the credit card information they had, not my actual bank account routing and account info. I then went in to the bank the following day and filled out their paperwork for unauthorized charges, and they credited my account back the money that was taken out (it took about 2 weeks, but better than trying to go the rounds with this company, which is obviously out to scam people in the first place). They also put a note on my account flagging any charges from that company - just in case. I was never able to get ahold of anyone to "cancel" my bogus subscription, but at least I took the steps to make sure that the next time they tried to run the credit card that they had, that it would not go through on their end and they would know that I had it cancelled.

Unauthorized Charges
Pretty much the same story...I ordered the Acai Berry Supreme, tried it out and it did nothing. I returned the empty bottle and did not get a refund as promised. I was then notified in an email that I was being shipped another bottle...I called the number on my invoice no fewer than 15 times. I FINALLY got through after numerous tries. I spoke to a woman who told me (after I insisted that this was a complete scam) that it was not. She said she would refund my money and that they would never send another bottle. I just received my 3rd bottle and was never refunded the money...and now, after several attempts at calling them back, the phone number does not work.

Hidden charges disguised as a free offer
Acai Berry Supreme.com is a rip-off online company for persons looking to find workable diet solutions. The biggest deception is the glossy websie toubting all of the tremendous medicinal benefits of the Acai Berry and that for $5.95, you can enjoy a sample bottle. Then convently the "terms and conditions" link does not "show up" as it happened in my case...but I trusted that if thee where specific conditions that I should know as a consumer, it would show up...that was not the case. The bottle of Acai Berry showed up several weeks after my credit card ahd been billed the $5.95 but much to my amazment there was absolutely no packing materials explaining none of what I'd seen on the website. Including of course "no" written materials to further disguise the fact that the most important information relative to initial and recurring billing to my credit card would commense in a few days. So without the information forecoming, I was totally surprised to find that within about 10 days of my receiving the bottle, my credit card was billled $88.62. I have tried calling into the customer Contact number and each representative pretty much told me that the $88.62 would stay because they're only obligation is to show it in the terms and agreement. I don't want anyone else to be taken by these con artists!
