I have tried to get ahold of the company via email and phone a number of times over a two month period to no avail. I have left messages, emailed at least once a day. I ordered my "free sample" on the 12th of December and didn't even get it until the 15th of January, however in the mean time I had called them before my 14th day even though I didn't even have the product to cancel. I could never get through to speak with someone. Now that I have noticed a charge on my credit card, I have tried calling them at the number listed on my statement and the one listed on the bottle. When you call it doesn't even ring, it just clicks and hangs up. I contacted my credit card company and apparently they have received a number of calls about this company and others having the same issue. I tried also to go from the link that you display on your site and when you go to the "contact us" or the "refund or exchange policy" the web site is conveniently not found. Imagine my surprise, not really, since I couldn't get through to them any other way, I really didn't expect this to work. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I like others got scamed. You don't even read the fine print because it is conviently located way after the submit button. The product took forever to come in the mail and they get with the 15 day return by the posted mail date from when they send it out. So yes by the time you figure things out you have been billed 2-3 times. I called my credit card and canceled the card but I was still responsible for future charges because they said it was a pre-authorized agreement. I finally got through to the company and so far they have not sent me any more products however I did send the last one back in time and they said they credited my account after keeping 30% restocking fee. That was over one month ago and I still have not seen the $62.00. My credit card said I had to wait 30 days before they could dispute it. So now here we go with trying to dispute it. This company is so crooked and in the bad times people are having right now I don't know how they sleep at night. I can only hope for carma. If I were Oprah or Rachel Ray I would try to get my name off anything to do with this product.

I ordered a 'FREE' trial of the Acaiberry Supreme and paid my shipping of $5.95. I was ok with that. Later I am charged $88.62 and a foreign transaction fee of $2.65 for something.

I call and write the company many times. Usually the phone lines are jammed and you get a runaround answer. Finally I got my trial offer canceled and a verbal agreement that I would be refunded the $88.62. Next is a written message that I did not cancel within the 15 day period so no refund is coming. None of the advertising says anything about a 15 day trial nor that you will be charged $88.62 for what I don't know..

I have had to close my bank account just to stop these folks from ripping me off. I fnow feel that doing any buying on the Internet is just too risky.

As so many have written before, I too, fell for this free trial offer with payment of only shipping and handling. I failed to read the fine print and then the fun began. I do not know who these people are, but I hope there is a special hell for them and anyone like them. Life is hard enough. I researched quite a bit and found a couple of phone numbers and the ever popular Live Chat person. I e-mailed (save all e-mails) and was able to cancel with a confirmation number. This, of course, makes no difference as I received an e-mail stating my next shipment was sent. They had no intention of sending anything. just charging my debit card. The next day I went to the bank. Mydebit card was cancelled, I was issued a new one with a different number, and a fraud alert was put on my account. You must call your credit card company or bank and have them issue a new card with a new number. You must do this as soon as you can as they will never credit your account for unwanted shipments. Good luck. A lesson learned the hard way.

This Company is a Rip Off! They are suppose to be letting you try this product for 15 days free only pay shipping and handling 5.95. They take out 6.00 instead of the 5.95. Then they tell you that you have 15 days from the date that your oder was shipped in which you may not get until another 5 days. All this was not fine print at the bottom, this is hidden in terms and conditions. When I received the product it was not the correct product in what I ordered. I ordered the Supreme, they sent the colon cleanse. When I reviewed my statement I had seen that they had taken 88.62 out of my account. When I called to get my money back they said it is nothing they could do. They have to follow what is in the terms and condition. I told them I did not like the product even with the colon cleanse it doesn't even work. I did not order this product, I do not like the product, and I don't want it. I want my money back in my account point blank.
