Around 11/4/08 my husband order a "free trial" of of this acai berry supreme.
on 11/24/08 I called and cancelled any membership or orders. On 11/28/08
we were charged $91.28. Since I didnot authorize this and DID NOT know I
was being charged my bank account was over-drawn. I have been trying to
contact these people for a credit so the bank will refund my over-draft charges. If you can give us any assistance we would be greatly appreciative.

This company is a complete scam from start to finish. They lure you into paying the "shipping charges" with a credit card number in order to get a "FREE sample, " only to charge you $89 exactly 15 days afterwards. They have no operating phone number, my bank has tried at least 4 non-working numbers (1-866-938-4832; 800-919-2846; 866-407-1022). My assumption is this is an illegal company, possibly offshore, merely sending initial "FREE" samples so as not to raise any suspicions, then they quietly start charging $89 a month. I never received anything in return for the $89 charge.

These people are crooks. Why is no one closing this rip-off scheme down?

I filed a complaint within the last week about acai berry supreme. I wanted to follow up on the complaint, because I finally got through to cancel. On their website they have 'terms and conditions' at the very bottom of their site. Click on it, and then click on Live Chat. Do this early in the morning, 9am eastern time or as close as possible to that time. It takes a while, but a person will chat with you, and cancel your account.
I complained that I got two withdrawls from my account within 13 days of each other, and they explained that the first charge of 88.62 was because I failed to cancel within 15 days, and they charged me full price for that so called freebie, and then the other charge of 94.57 was for the second month. Although the charges fell between 13 days of each other, they were counting from the time I initially ordered the freebie (15+13 days is close to being 30). You can send back the bottles, but you need a return #, its best to get that when you cancel to save time. They said I will get back 70% of my money for the bottle I send back. The 30% is a restocking fee they say. I wanted to tell this because I came to the complaints board looking for answers, not just to gripe. Someone else got through, and so did I, so good luck to everyone else.

I got on their web site for free trial offer and ordered product. There formula didn't do anything for me, so I call to cancel, but I was offered another bottle if I don't cancel, so I took the offer. The bottle was never shipped. I called again to cancel my order. The company block my phone number and do not answer my phone. They continue to take funds off my credit card and the bank told me they can't cancel them from taking fund out of my account.

I tried to cancel my order with this company however the phone number is longer working. I last spoke with them on 11-27-08 because my order was not received and they gave me a tracking number to track order. They indicated that I could cancel my order by calling their number 1-866-938-4832. Help!!!
