Scam
They offer a free sample but then charge your credit card for unauthorized shipments. They give a number to call and cancel, but the number doesn't work and neither does their live chat on their site. They also give another site for cancellation, but that one asks for your credit card number in order to complete the cancellation process!!!

You can't leave any message unless you enter your credit card number first.

charged credit card nd couldnt cancel!!!
Hey guys I almost got ripped off by acai berries also. Visit this website www.sflnutrition.com the real number is 1-800-787-1219. I called and the first time it put me on wait and hanged up on me I called again and i only waited a couple of seconds i was succesfull in canceling my order. I hope this helps guys

Fraud!!
I read a weigh loss story on www.momsweightloss.com. They recommended to buy Acai Berry and Bromalite together and they give you the link to buy it as they are just friendly sharing their story but is just a scam. I when to both websites and subscribe for a free trial that IS A FRAUD. The 16th day they will charge you $88 for Acai Berry and $93 for Bromalite. Hopefully I found out just in time. So if you subscribe for this "Free Trial" call immediately to cancel it because is an automatic charge of $88. To cancel is a frustrating experience but I found this number and it worked is: 1888-445-7436 you will wait like 40 minutes but be patient a live person will answer and you will be able to cancel your order. Thanks for those who posted their experience I could cancel this order and avoid the fraud.

Nightmare to cancel!!
OMG!!! Do not order this product without knowing what you're getting youself into. It's nearly impossible to cancel your account. The phone number they provide does work but be patient cause it doesn't work right away. It took me a little over an hour of calling back to back to finally get through to someone. Don't give up!!! The number does work! I suggest calling as early in the day as possible.

charged unknownly for a product that I never recevied
I ordered the Acai Berry Supreme 'free' dietary suppliments on 11-26-08. I was charged the $5.95 S&H fee to my Visa card. I recieved the prouduct about a week later. A few weeks after that, I noticed that that company had charged my Visa card another $88.62! I was never aware that they were going to do this. Plus, I never recieved anymore product!! After researching into this, I discovered that this company puts you on an automatic 'payment plan' unless you cancel(which is almost impossiable to do, because you can't get a hold of anyone!). I have tried to cancel my account with this company. I have only recieved one bottle of their product. I would never ever spend $$94.57 on a dietary suppliment!!! I want my money back for the suppliments that i never recieved.

False advertisment
The make false charges to your account! They have no working customer service numbers at all! Knowone will responed to email or phone calls, they just continue to charge you an arm and a leg for a service you do not want!!!

Can not reach company
My daughter requested a free sample of their product and now can not cancel the receipt of their product at $88.00 plus for a bottle a month to be shipped and charged until canceled!! I have tried for several days to contact them and even obtained another number by the leasing company. No body seems to know of this Acai Berry Supreme at 127 NW 13th Suite #4 in Boca Raton, Fl. 33432. Something has to be up with this.
