Don't give up! Phone number works
Good morning everyone! It has been a very frustrating morning. I tried cancelling my free order of Acai Berry Supreme today by calling the 1800 number they have listed. The phone number didn’t seem to be working because I kept on getting a busy signal. But I about 30 times (back to back) and I finally got a dial tone with an automated voice telling me to hold and someone will assist me shortly. So, I was placed on hold for another 10 minutes….I finally talked to a gentleman. He was actually pleasant. I asked him to cancel my order and he said okay. A few minutes later, I got a confirmation email stating that the order was canceled.
Please do not give up, keep on calling. The only way these people get to rip you off is if you give up. I know that we should not have to go through all this to simply cancel and order, but I just wanted to share my experience with you.

Unauthorized Payment
I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Supreme. Well, I thought it was free until I checked my banking account and I had an authourized payment of 78.84! 0MG! Was I furious! Thats crazy! So I tried to call the number they provided! OUT OF SERVICE! This is crazy. But I will get my money back! And whoever these people are thats scamming others they need to stop! Before someone else puts a stop to them!

fraud
I am very upset with your product and they way i was treat it. I did order last Saturday the acaberry supreme, and when i called on Monday, the phone wasn't working 866-938-4232, and when i call now to it said to call another number and is a porno number. This is very sad and nasty from your company. i wanted to get the pills and a day after the phone wasn't working, but i was charge for the shipping since i wanted the free trial and was paying only for the delivery and when go back to website comes out acaibery maxx... Indescribable... I am so mad and sad with this experience.

EEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYONE CANCEL YOUR CARDS OR THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU DON"T WAIT JUST DO IT!!! Don't believe people are getting through they are lying it is another part of they're scam so you don't take furthur actions and then before you know it your being billed and being billed again because they have sent another shipment. I have cancelled my card and reported them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! You should do the same in your state!!! The 866-938-4832# is a fake! Don't order this product anyone else!!!

no way to contact them
I have the same compliant. Can't reach them. So every few hours I email them that I wish to cancel my order and unauthorize any future moneys withdrawn from my account. I don't know it it work yet but I will let you all know if it does. I will also continue to email them until they respond.

unauthorized payment
I ordered a free risk free trial of Acai Berry Supreme. FREE, except for the $5.95 shipping fee (in small print). That seemed great to me. I received the bottle, and along with it came a bottle of Total Cleanse which I thought was free because I certainly didn't order it. A couple weeks later, my bank account shows two unauthorized withdrawals, one for $88.62 and one for $78.84. The telephone number for the company that made one of the withdrawals "White Tea" was disconnected (866-442-2966). The other company "Cleanse-V" had no contact #. So, I checked out the ACAI website again and found way down on the bottom a section called Terms and Conditions and in there it stated that after 15 days if you had not cancelled your order, then you would be billed for the above amounts and continually every month. WHAT A SCAM!!! What a nice way to earn a living, eh? Pocket $150/month extra for every purchase. When I tried to check them out with the Better Business Bureau, it showed their was a run-time error and I tried several times to check them out. HOW NICE! I did reach a representative at 1-866-938-4832 (which is the only number listed on their site in the terms and conditions) after a 15 minute wait and he said I would receive no further products and cancelled my order. They think they're getting away with it because he said there was a box that had to be checked off to receive the Total Cleanse order. I saw no such box! They have it all there in their Terms and Conditions but I never authorized these payments and I WANT MY MONEY BACK! They said I would be billed, not have money automatically withdrawn and for that, that is their scam! By the time anyone notices, it's too late and though you may cancel future orders, they still got that $167.46 from you. SCAM!!! I say we all ban together and find a way to get our money back and keep anyone else from dealing with this. I too, cancelled my debit card after this and will never order anything online again!

Phone Number Working
The phone number 1-866-938-4832 was working as of this morning. It may have a busy tone the first few times you call, but if you keep calling you will eventually get a ring. Then, they put you on hold and about 10 minutes later you can cancel your order! The rep told me you do not have to send back the free sample. The hours given are M-F 9-5 EST. Just keep trying to call!

Non working telephone number
Like everyone else, I order ACAI Berry Supreme from SFL Nutrition, LLC and received it late. I had only one day to try the product and unsuccessfully could not reach them through 1-866-938-4832. But thanks to the person on this complaint board who suggest to go to https://www.whiteteaacai.com and do a live chat. At first I was skeptical because the bottle shown on this website is not the same bottle I received in the mail. So I check their return policy and found that both product return address and telephone number is the same. So I was able to cancel my order via chat and I also have an e-mail of the conversation just in case I need to dispute any future charges. In the future, I will check this site and others for complaints first before ordering anything on the web. I truly learned a lesson.
