I cannont cancel called number given, 866-938-4832 and a number of other numbers found on the internet and cannon talk to these people, and am getting extremely agrevated about this entire situation. And if they charge me for a month subscription im am going to get a lawyer.

This was a trick purchase. I was directed from an advertisement on a website I trust. This company offered a 30 day trial free for 4.95 shipping. The charge to my account was $44.95. They added product by bundling in a tricky way they said that I needed to unclick the other two products that were shown on the screen. I did not see any other products offered on the screen. They put me on hold for forty-five minutes and then said they would not cancel my order, because it was already processed. My bank activity shows it only as pending. It is going to overdraw my account because I only have $19.00 in it and the bank charge will be an additional $35.00. This whole purchase, that I won't recieve when it comes in the mail, will end up costing, $150.00 because I have two other checks out under $2.00 that I will have to pay $35.00 for each of these checks as well. What a mess!!! Thanks for the great offer Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. I will never click on an advertisement again. If I want something I will go directly to the source.

I ordered what I thought to be a free sample of Acai berry product only to discover a charge of $88.62 to my account. I want it returned immediately! I tried to call the number and of course it is disconnected

I ordered a 15 day trial supply for the cost of Shipping and Handling and I tried to cancel before the trial period ended and no one answers the phone. It just clicks off. Now I have been charged $94.57 which I did not authorize and I can't reach anyone to cancel these charges. The Web site says "Refund and Exchange Policy

I just wanted to fill everyone in on my way around the system. I too, ordered the Acai Berry Supreme pills a month or so ago. I started reading how there was a scam going on out there of how you couldn't cancel your order with the number they gave you. So, I started freaking out...wondering how I could cancel this. Then, I remembered that I had an "online chat" with a representative from that website, and she gave me a seperate number to call to verify my order. So, I dug up that email, and got the number. I called that number a couple of times, and it never rang or anything. I decided to call one more time, and it went through. I spoke with a guy and he canceled my order right there. Shortly after speaking with him, I received an email saying my trial was cancelled. So...I'm going to give you all this number that worked for me. He insured me that I would not be charged, or receive anymore acai berry pills. I hope its true. Now this number isn't for the Acai Berry company. Its almost like its a hotline that handles all different kinds of products. I tried to order the "Colon Xr" too, and I was sent to the same number.
