Can't cancel
I have called numerous times in the last 3 days to cancel to no avail. One time I got a hold of someone and they imediatly hung up on me. I'm not sure what they are doing but it isn't right. I will have to dispute the charges that I'm sure will follow. No where in an obvious place does it mention the fact that they will charge such a "LOW PRICE" after 15 days. This reaks of false advertisment!! I love the product but I'm very disapointed in the company!!

NOT ABLE TO CONTACT COMAPNY TO CANCEL ORDER
I MADE A PURCHASE ONLINE FOR ACAI BERRY SUPREME THEN I READ ABOUT CUSTOMERS NOT BEING ABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS, SO I DESIDED THIS IS NOT A COMAPNY I WANT TO PURCHASE FROM. I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER THEY PROVIDE BUT IT IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A E-MAIL. THEY DID SHIP THE BOTTLE I WANTED TO CANCEL SO KNOW I'M WORRIED THEY ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO SEND PRODUCT THAT I DO NOT WANT. I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND CANCEL MY CARD. I HOPE THEY DO NOT SEND MORE PRODUCT.

Fraud
Fraud!! Company offers a free 15 day trial for $5.95, but then charges your debit/credit card for $88.62 without your premission or sending you the additional product! I just had to cancel my debit card after being unable to reach them on their fake toll free number.

Unauthorized Charge to Debit Card
I tried calling to cancel my order and no one answered the phone...so they proceeded to charge my debit card. They have no "contact us" information on their website unless you click on their terms and conditions tab...therefore they do not give customers a true and correct method of cancelling orders and one cannot cancel future orders! The trial period os for 15 days yet they start counting the days from the day they ship -- not the day of arrival which is one week after placing the order!

Cannot cancel account!
I ordered acai berry supreme's 15 day free trial while still paying for s&h fees and want to send back the product and cancel my account, I called the number which is repeatedly put throughout the website to cancel it and not be charged and all it does is click and end the call. I have read that the only way to get my return to go through without getting charged is by calling that number and getting an RMA # but I cant! I do NOT want to be charged for a pruduct I do not want.

Cannot reach company to cancel shipments
I ordered a free trial of the Acai Berry supplement called Acai Berry Supreme...You have to cancel the order within 15 days of the trial if you do not want to be charged $88.62 + shipping for a months supply. The Terms and Conditions provide a phone number to call, 866-938-4832...but the number doesn't work at all. There's no ringing, busy signal, or voicemail...just a click and you're disconnected.
This will be reported to my credit card company to ensure they are aware of the scam.

unauthorized debit
I ordered a sample bottle to try, 9/18/08 they said that you have 15 days trial. I received the product 9/29/08, and was charged fpr another bottle on 10-9-08 the charge was 88.62. Did not have the product for 15 days to try, when I called the company no one answers the phones, you are hold for hours and cut off. There is no way to contact these people to cancel. They are a fraud and need to be shut down. I also need my money credited back to me asap.

Charge to account
I also sent for a free sample, and today noted an 89.00 charge to my account. I checked the web site again and there is no mention of a later charge or future shipments. I have been on hold for some time today to reach customer service. They say go to their wb site for faster service, but site not available. Will go to my bank and cancel payment tomorrow.

Charging for product
I purchased a trial for 5.95. It states that they will charge 88.00 after 15 days. I bought it on September 26th and on Oct 6th they withdrew 88.00. They also sent me-without my asking a bottle of "Total Cleanse" and said if I did not send it back they will charge 78.00 to my account. So, it is not a "Free Trial" and they take the money faster than you can send anything back. I have sat on the phone for over 2 hours on hold at a time with their customer service number.
