I canceled my order before trial was complete and my bank account was altered my this company. I called and spoke with representatives who claimed they couldn't do anything and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told none was available at that time. I just want them to keep their word and refund my 149.00 to my account!

I order the trial that was offered on TV; thus, went to the website to order. I did not realize that I had to cancel my order within 14 days since when I received the order nothing was indicated that I had to cancel. If I liked the product, I would order an additional supply.

When I called them, after I had seen the charge go through on my bank account, I contacted Acai-Berry Customer Service and was direct to the website where at the bottom is indicated that cancellation of the trial order had to be made within 14 days.

The person on the phone was rude and they would not reverse the charge even when I said the product did not work and the whole thing was a scam. Too bad for me. It is a total scam!!

ordered free bottle of Acai Berry for the charge of shipping at 1.99. When I received my bank statement a charge of 79.96 was on my statement. There is no phone number to call them and I can't find them on the internet address listed. Help.
