DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I ordered this product online and did not throughly read all of the "fine print". I was surprised when $88.74 my "Trial" product was charged against my bank account. I immediately called (12/21/2009) and cancelled the product and was assured that I was eligible for a $35.00 refund; no questions asked, nothing needed to obtain this refund. I do not have a problem with this as this was most definitely my error and as I did not follow the rule for cancelling, I was okay with the $35.00 offset. I was again surprised when 3 days AFTER I cancelled my subscription (12/24/2009), my account was again charged $88.74. I called the 888-947-8745 (12/28/2009) and was told that my 2nd order had been shipped. This was processed 3 DAYS after I cancelled. I was told that the cancellation was not in time for the second order and that I needed to return the product to receive a $35.00 refund on the second bottle. I explained that a $35.00 refund on the second bottle was NOT acceptable, I wanted a full refund. I was assured that I would receive a full refund as soon as I returned the product. Now it is 20 DAYS later and still NO first refund or delivery of a 2nd bottle. I called again (01/18/10) and after fighting with Amy for 45 minutes, I was finally re-conncected with Hannah Moran the "supervisor" who told me the above. Now, Hannah has changed her story . . . "There must be a problem with my card, because I processed the refund"; I refuted her claim by explaining that there was no problem TAKING the money; just a problem refunding. In addition, I now need to return the ORIGIONAL bottle of product to receive a refund, LESS a 15% restocking fee. Of course, I have to send the procuct back with a verifiable tracking number and then call them AGAIN to confirm receipt of the return BEFORE they can process the second refund. SO, there really was never a second bottle of product sent. Now, I will return the first bottle and see what happens. In the mean time, I am out $180.00! Please do not let this happen to you.

Very upset customer!
I agreed to the a trial bottle which i knew the condition of it. But when i recieved my first bottle only 4 days later a charge for another bottle went on my account. May i saywhich i didn't ever receive! I had many phone calls that ended with no help stupid ppl who gave me the round about. I then get someone in December that tells me to send back the bottle to the company well i paid the postage to do so along with insurance(so i could track it and make sure they didnt "lose it"). I just made a call last night(1/5/2010) regarding the bottle i had sent to them. They told me that they had not receive a bottle i had sent(ha ha ha ha) and that the 15days were up in august. Well the person that i talked to in dec told me to send it back! They also told me that i had to take up the postage loss with my postal company! I did call and they said that it was acai berry tropics responability to do that! But i did, and found that the package made it to delaware and that a person from the company had signed for it! So they straight out lied to me! Companies can't be run like this! People don't have the means to be screwed over like this! This pill didn't even work, they didn't even give me time to open the bottle before they charged me for another, which i didn't get ( nor do i want) . If the company doesn't want to deal with me i will go to ever consumer report place, and report what they have done!

When I ordered acia berry tropic it was supposed to be only $1.99 and the same day as my order went through on my bank account I had two charges of $11.98 and they werent from me using my card. I dont know how to get my money back and i'm a college student and I really cant afford for them to take money when they said nothing about other charges. DON"T ORDER!! IT'S NOT FREE!! first they charge you $1.99 for shipping and processing. They will send you 1 bottle of Acai berry pills. Then they automatically will deduct $88.74 for that 1 little bottle you received during the trial period if you do not send it back!! That charge is not for the next month's supply! It is for the supposedly 'free trial'!! They have the nerve to charge you $88.74 for a product you could get in a vitamin store for less than $20! Good luck ever getting your money back! You are supposed to send back whatever you have not used and then get a portion refunded of that $88.74. This is fraud on a whole new level! I want to start a class action against this deceptive, no-class, unethical evil people who scam people out of their money.

i was just checking the price and didnt approve anything or check the terms and conditions box and they shipped the product to me and charged my debit card. I wasnt expecting anything since i never approved it. But when i got it in the mail and tried to call and cancel. I couldnt even talk to someone that i could understand or that could understand me. She kept telling me that i couldnt cancel that i would have to call back in 24 to 48 hours. I had to call my bank to cancel my debit card. Just to make sure they didnt take anymore money from me.
