took money from my bank acct without authorization
I only purchased the "free trial" with the $1.95 in shipping. 14 days later they billed my credit card $88.64. After calling my credit card company to report a "fraud", they informed me that it's not a fraud, however it's an unauthorized charge. They've had several complaints with this company which changes their name from Nutrionberries, Restart, Berry Tropic, Acai Berry Tropc, Acai Tropic, etc and they all do the same. Even if you order online and say NO to all the additional offerings and only sign up for the free trial, their company takes that as a "YES", to enrolling in their ongoing program. My credit card company indicated that I might see another charge next month under another name and to watch closely. If I see that, then I'm to call the credit card company and they'll credit me the money and send another correspondence to that company indicating that I'm canceling and never wanted to join their program. Be careful...this company is a hoax/fraud under many names.

No contact with company
This company is a fraud. First they say in their terms that product will be shipped out the next business day. According to the shipping label on my product it was shipped out 4 dyas later. Then it took 7 days for the product ot arrive. On the sixth day, I emailed the company stating that I had not recevied their product and I wanted any further shipments to be cancelled along with a RMA for the original shipment that I had yet to receive. 6 days later, I still have not had any contact from the company, but now an additional 86.94 has been withdrawn from my account. The phone number that is referrenced on my account is constantly busy. A second email has yet to be answered. This company is a fruad and I am filing charges.

Fraud
When purchasing this product, I was told I would receive a 30 day free trial. I never received the product but was charged $88.64 seventeen days after they supposedly delivered. Two weeks later was charged another $88.64. When I called the company they told me that as far as they were concerned, I had received the product. When I insisted that I did not receive the product, I was told that they would not refund or resend product because I had the option to cancel within 30 days. I asked him how I could have known whether I liked the product well enough not to cancel if I never got it. I then pointed out that I was not even given the 30 days before they charged me.
After getting nowhere with this person I asked to speak to the billing department. According to this operator, the billing department had just moved and did not have a phone number.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that the supervisor was out. When I pushed the issue, he change his story, and I was told the supervisor was helping other people. I told him I would wait. The operator put me on hold where I stayed for 20 minutes.
At this point I was not sure what to do. I went to my bank and filed a fraud report. I had to shut down my ATM card, but at least they will not be getting anymore of my money. My bank told me that they would reverse the charges unless this company could prove that I agreed to pay for it. I said "Of course I agreed to pay for it. But I never received anything." At this point I am in limbo without my ATM card.
I then went to the post office and filed a mail fraud report.

money taken from my bank account
was not aware of any other charges to be made to my account when ordering their product was only supposed to be charged $4.95 on my bank card. they took $ 88.64 out of my account along with a $2. 66 conversion fee charged by my bank. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot afford this. Please help me get a refund as swiftly as possible. I was given a 1-866-519-9742 phone number by my bank and spoke to an Alfred James who identified himself as a supervisor and said I had to speak to the billing department which he could not give me a number and said the button he had to push to connect me to that department was conviently out of order and he could not give me a phone number to call them myself. He then gave me an email address which is where this email has come in. Please help me as soon as you can. I only get a very small social security every month and Honest to God cannot have this taken from me for something I was not aware of. My phone number is 443-510-7881... Thank you for helping me looking forward to receiving my money back quickly. I have bills to pay.
Sincerely, Patsy Ann Meskow

took money out of account without product or approval
I have been in the hospital and when I came home I ordered acai berry tropic online . They say it is endorsed by Rachel Ray. It was a free trial offer for the amount of $4.95. They then proceeded to take $88.67 out 14 days later, which I did not agree to and overdrew my account . All together they cost me $167.67 extra out of my account. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this kind of mistake on their part or mine.
