Read this if you've been scammed. I signed up for the free offer (1.95 s&h) while I was ordering books off the internet.
I never rec'd the product, and the company had a bogus delivery confirmation to my address. I called the first number listed and it was dropped about 20 times, then when I did get through I was on hold for about 15 minutes before I got through. Also, choose option one, they answer it faster... Don't give up though!! That's what they want you to do. I spoke to John Timber, who said he was a supervisor with the company and told him I did not authorize those charges and I wanted my money back. He tried to say that I could only do that via email so they have record of it. I said no, I want YOU to tell me I will be refunded and give me a cancellation number. I also told him I would pursue this legally if I did not get my money back. I also emailed this info to [email protected]. Their address and other information is included. I should be receiving a refund within 14 days, he said, and if I don't, I will file. Good luck.
